No one at this branch can open business account. They will take your phone number and no one will call you.Update: set appointment for business accounts and they will take care of you… almost one year with them-not bad

These guys are great if you have direct deposit and a savings account with them. But if have to put them through the ordeal of depositing a paycheck EVERY week and use some money from your savings account due to experiencing financial difficulties (covid anyone), then you will experience not only nickel and diming fees but larger also $50 fees for the privilege of banking with them.

Came in the morning to open business account.They told me that someone who can help me will be here afternoon and they took my information. No call.... I went back before they close.....we sorry but you late-we closing soon.

I wish I had the patience to switch banks. PNC has decided they no longer need drive through windows at most branches or humans at others. I DO NOT want to do everything in life electronically and should not be forced to do so.In all fairness, you do have some options for human assistance. The Urbana MD branch near my house invites you to "have a seat" while they take care of your banking needs. Ture, they have a set up like its a café and want you to sit down while they do your deposit. Really? I don't need to have a seat while you take care of my deposit. I just want to go in deposit and leave. Actually, I want the drive through option back.I have 5 accounts with PNC and run my business through them. This is the second time I used MY ATM card to deposit a Corporate check into MY account that is associated with the card and it was NOT accepted. You don't know its not accepted until the next day. Then they tell you your check will be mailed back to you. The AMT is attached to their building yet they can't get the check out of the machine that is attached to their building.So PNC - you don't want humans to help us any more and you want us to use the ATM. The ATM doesn't work and now what.....Here's what, I just deposited a large corporate check and for some reason you didn't accept the deposit and now my company accounting is on hold.Not acceptable.

BROKEN ATM ON 11.18.18 @ 6:15pm I deposited $180 into my account. While taking the money, the machine broke, said temporarily out of service, & then restarted as if it were working fine. My account was never credited with the money, & the money was no longer in the cash slot. I am writing this to document the issue since PNC Customer Service gave me no option to do so.

Brian is extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. I am not a PNC member but I needed a DEED notarized and Brian and his co-workers were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this branch!

You couldn't ask for a more friendly and accommodating branch. The service is outstanding, and they treat you like one of the family. Thats pretty impressive for a regional bank.
