I go to Ollie's in frederick Maryland regularly never had a problem until today Oct 27,2024 this was the worst experience ever for me associate Andrew was rushing me at the register and he kept arguing with me and he called me very nasty name I left very upset and very unhappy!

A terrific location. Large variety of items. Management staff is very helpful. If you give your telephone number to become an Ollie's member they will have a permanent record of what you purchase. So if you have to make a return without a receipt or packaging they will issue you and Ollie gift card to reimburse your loss. It is a terrific policy and makes your purchasing more comfortable. A big shout out to sales associate marco. He is friendly, helpful, happy to assist with larger items, and the main reason for why I shop this particular location. It's the best place to shop in Frederick for home improvement, groceries, housewares, books, and assorted sundries.
