Really disappointed with the quality of work on an alteration. Needed the waist taken in on a pair of pants, and they were returned to me in awful condition. Holes ripped through the fabric, a large patch of stitching which revealed a large hole when I went back later to fix the pants myself. The waistband was not centered when sewn down and created a big lump on the back right of the waistband. Threads were loose, and the original stitching pattern was not followed. I received a partial refund and an offer to fix the mistake, but I did not trust them to improve their work. I did also get the hems of the pants taken up and the work there was fine, so I’m not sure what happened here. I wish they had communicated that they were not comfortable working with elastic before tearing up my pants.

North cleaners has always done an amazing job not only with my dry cleaning, but also alterations and clothing fixes I've asked for. The family that owns this business is so lovely and kind. I've had many things I've needed fixed or dry cleaned in a pinch before I run off to a business trip and they have always managed to help me. Definitely the place to go if you're in downtown Frederick 10/10 customers service and value
