The best car rental in Frederick! They have new, clean and reliable cars and SUVs. I booked and rented a car from Nextcar. Mrs Eli at the Frederick office helped me from the time I booked until I returned the car and she did a walk around of the vehicle with me. Mrs Eli goes the extra mile to try and please customers.

Great experience with NextCar Rentals-Frederick!
The reservation process and pick-up were seamless.
The staff; Eli, Paul is wonderful and very patient.
Thank you for being pleasant, professional, and helpful.
The car was clean and in excellent condition.
Also, thank you, Alan, for making the drop-off easy.
Customer service and getting what I pay for is important to me.
I have rented here multiple times as well as other family members.
So far, we've had great experiences and will definitely use their service again!

Worse location I have been to yet. Not only were there charges that wasn’t explained during check out up returning I had to do their job and vaccum the car in order to not be charged $75 for popcorn on the floor. I will never rent from this location again!! In all my years of renting from next car upon receiving returns they suppose to clean the vehicles which includes vacuuming. Was treated this way because I questioned extra charges (without anger or an attitude) by the lady of Asian decent at the from desk.

The rental experience was exceptionally smooth and stress-free, thanks to Paul and the other employees. The assistance provided was outstanding, and the vehicles were clean and in good condition. The entire process was quick and efficient.

I cannot give the company 5 stars because when I was in the middle of using my rental the change light now came across my dash. This was concerning. I was happy that I would be coming home the next day but still driving on a major highway concerned me. When i got back to next car. After cleaning, washing the car and filling it wa gas. I informed the man and he made me feel like it was my fault. Saying that I should have called them and brought the car in as soon as possible. How when I rent it and I have taken it 2 hours away? Why am I being chastised for something that should have been taken care of before myself or anyone rented the vhichle. He said yeah the oil should have been changed 500 miles ago. I was so disappointed hearing that knowing they could have knowing or unknowingly endangered myself and my children or others by ignoring a matance matter. It makes me question if I would get another rental from them. Which is a shame since the one I got was amazing and perfect for my families needs.

This is a terrible car rental company. Took my money then refused to give a car or return my money. My previous rental with them there was a police report my car was illegally taken and they waited 4 days to pick up the car from recovery and then charge my cred card without permission. They are a scam company the reason they have lower rates. BEWARE

Very easy to rent a car. Everyone was nice and I got in and out in a timely manner. The car rental prices were more than reasonable. I will definitely rent from them again.
