I went here for about a year for my dry cleaning and dress shirts. One day I pick up my cleaning, and the lady points out a tear in one of my blue dress shirts. It was a relatively new one, a tailored shirt from Nordstrom, but I said "Ok, I guess this happens." I knew when I had dropped it off it was fine, but figured something happened in the cleaning process.Two weeks later, I pick up my dry cleaning, and I get another blue shirt with a tear [mind you I had thrown the other one away]. The lady points to it and starts yelling at me (yes, I mean seriously yelling like I'm a school boy) "I told you not to bring this back! Why did you do that!" I tried to calm her down and explain to her it was a different shirt. She starts yelling even louder "YOU LIE! ALL OF YOU LIE TO ME IN MY STORE!" She accuses me of lying when I'm just trying to reason with her? I tried to wait until she was done and told her that this was the 2nd time this has happened. So stupid me, I dropped off the set I had with me that day since I was trying to just get my work shorts cleaned. The next week I pick them up, and this time 2 SHIRTS HAD TEARS! Odd that all tears were in exactly the same place. Now I yell back at the lady "You need to pay for this, you've ruined 4 of my shirts!" She starts yelling at me " I'm not paying for nothing! I told you not to bring torn shirts in here! You keep bring me torn shirts!: I asked if they were visibly torn, why didn't you just not clean them and call me? She kept yelling "You're not going to scam me!"I'm done. I dropped it. So unprofessional.

The tailor did a great job with alterations for a special occasion dress! Price very fair and delivered on time. Will be returning.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. They left blood on my daughters wedding dress (stains were left on her WHITE Dress). They added material that was not requested to the front of the dress, and sewed in in at an unnatural angle it is clearly crooked when my daughter is wearing the dress. Called to ask for explanation and refund because I now need to take it elsewhere to have it actually altered properly, they accused her of not liking her dress anymore and wanting them to pay for a new dress. I took the dresses back in and was told this must be how they were brought in, a brand new wedding dress that has never been worn had stains that appears like someone tried to clean, why would I lie about this. My daughter loves her dress and has spent the last 18 hours crying about it, because it is ruined and she is getting married in less than 2 weeks now. Horrible experience.

We’ve gone here multiple times now for dry cleaning, jacket patch repairs and having pants hemmed and have been very pleased with the pricing and service! Thanks for taking such great care of our clothing.

I am new to the area looking for a new cleaners and dropped a few shirts and a pair of pants off. My Guayabera. Shirt is ruined, there's an odd red stripe pattern all over the shirt. Additionally, I specifically asked for no crease in the pants, but guess what, I got creases.

I had my wedding dress tailored by their in house tailor during the 2020 - early 2021 COVID-19 for my postponed wedding. Great service. The tailor/owner is very knowledgeable about dresses and I found out she had professional training and studied clothing design. Quick turn around and fair price. I reccomend them to anyone within their general area.

I have them clean about 5-7 pieces per week between my jackets and pants, and have been for over a year since originally moving to Frederick. Having visited a ton of places over the year, I find their quality to be superb. As a note about the person complaining about their prices, ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?! ARE YOU AWARE THAT ORGANIC CLEANING COSTS MORE? Their prices are right in line with any place I've gone, and I get the added (safe) benefit of organic cleaning.
