Eventually arranged for an exchange at no cost and explained the next steps for the receipt and exchange of the phone. Very pleasant and excellent service. I dropped my phone and it got cracked and started acting up, I was able to walk in and leave my phone while I went to a work meeting, and they were very flexible with when I could pick it up even if my meeting ran late and it was past store hours. Price was also very good compared to other quotes I received from other stores for a screen replacement.”

“This AT&T is the absolute best. I've had a phone issue for the past week and a half. my phone kept on saying I was not registering the network, I called Samsung technical support twice, I called AT&T technical support twice, and I went to 2 different AT&T local stores in Hagerstown and none of these people could fix my phone. I came to this AT&T in Frederick Brian this young man has patience he took his time and within 15 minutes he did what all these people cannot do in the last week and a half. They tried to get me to buy a new phone which was not the issue so Brian thank you I truly appreciate you.”
“Today I visited this store to get assistance with a claim for a lost device. This is the second time I came to this store for assistance, and both experiences were incredible!
Danny was the Verizon Rep who helped me the first time I visited this store on Spectrum Drive. He spent an incredible amount of time helping me to understand how to use all of my new devices. He was patient, understanding, and extremely professional.
Today, I worked with Logan, a second Verizon Rep at this store who helped me to file my claim with the insurance company. It was an extremely difficult process for me to do at home. Logan called the insurance company directly, and he helped with every single detail of what needed to be completed in order to file the claim.
In addition, Logan and Brandon (the Verizon store manager) went through my Verizon account, and they actually managed to lower my.bill each month!
I cannot recommend this store more highly for service! I taught business education and the marketing program in the Frederick County Public Schools for 39 years, and I always stressed to my students the importance of providing excellent customer service in the business world.
These three gentlemen exemplify “outstanding customer service”! They are exactly the type of employees I encouraged my students to be when they entered the work force.
They are outstanding role models for other Verizon representatives! I highly recommend this store to any customers who need help with anything at all related to their Verizon account or their devices!

“I love this Target because it's clean, and stuff is organized. They are well staffed. Employees are kinda helpful and friendly. They get you in and out quickly. They don't force you to do self check out. Yall know I cringe at that. It's not my job to do your job, Target! I have 0 patience for using a register, and no I have 0 patience to wait to get the check out monitor to help. Here they have registers open at least 3!.Fitting rooms are clean, and organized. I never have to walk in and see a messing room.They do price adjustments if you see something cheaper elsewhere without giving you a hard time. They keep their parking lot clean. I rarely see carts scattered all over.”
