My development was serviced by this company. When my mailbox was smashed, I called them for a replacement. I asked if I could expedite because I had no way to receive my mail. They told me they would send an invoice via email, and if I called right away to pay, it will be delivered the next day. Well, I called right away to pay -as soon as they emailed the invoice. I finally received the mailbox four days later at 3:45pm, tried immediately to install it, and it was not the right one. I called them at 4 PM simply to ask if they could send the underside board that goes with the wrong mailbox they sent, and I would just use that one. The person who answered, could not answer that simple question, and instead told me she’d call me right back. I asked if that could be today because I still don’t have a mailbox… a place to receive my mail. They close at five. When I called back at 4:15 they did not answer the phone. I left a voicemail. They screwed up, and felt no urgency to make it right. I am not impressed at all with this company. I still await the time when you are good and ready to call back with a simple answer. Thanks a lot.

My experience with this company's product is subpar. This company supplied mailboxes to my new home developments. 13 months after moving in my box broke off at the weld from the brackets. I ordered a new bracket from them. I attached both my box and my neighbor's mailbox to the new bracket. 2 days later the bracket broke off again. This time on my neighbor's side. They shipped a replacement for my replacement. I repeated the same process. 7 months later, my box is broken once again at the weld with no explanation. These boxes and brackets are expensive. If you got another choice to go with, use them. There is no evidence that shows that nothing other than a bad well job has contributed to my box falling off for a third time. Mid-Atlantic is not standing by their product.

If you need a mailbox this is the place to go. I had no idea how many option there would be. The ladies in the office, Anne and Marlene were super patient sending links and prices, and helping me pick the right box, color and options. Once I order it, in a blink of an eye the new mailbox/post showed. In stealth mode Oliver fully installed everything without leaving a trace that they had been there. This is how things should work. The whole process was completely hassle free. Well done Midatlantic Mailbox!!

Pricey & the quality of the Florence boxes leave a lot to be desired. I also hear they like to harass Veterans struggling with mental health.Looks like they’ve been caught in another lie.They planned on termination.OSHA documents were falsified by the owner Anne Ingram. David only has a 10 hour OSHA certificate. This was done July 18th @ 1145.See the truth doesn’t mind being challenged.
