Horrible experience from the jump. Cesar talks a big game but leaves out key details that you won't find out until later. Sold us a used mattress when I was told it was brand new. Mattress was returned and new one delivered. Now 6 months later I find out I was under a 6 month paid in full promotion. That's not what I signed for. Partly my fault for not digging deeper to begin with, but nonetheless I fell victim to a scummy salesman. Will never use mattress firm after this experience.

Cesar was EXCELLENT!! I called about a movable base that was on President's Day sale online. He told me they had it. When I went in they didn't, but he ordered me one at the great price. I bought my mattress at Costco and was expecting to be talked out if it, instead he respected my decision and cheerfully sold me the base. Excellent experience..will go back when I need other mattresses! The delivery was right on time..actually a little early but they worked with me to coordinate with my mattress. Thank you, Cesar!!

Wonderful experience! Salesman (Barry) was knowledgeable, friendly & not pushy. Great deals on everything I purchased. He was such a good salesman that I bought everything except sheets!!! Would recommend this store to anyone looking for great prices, selection & knowledgeable friendly staff!!

Cesar at the Buckeystown, Frederick, MD MF store was one of the most knowledgeable sales professionals and store manager that I have dealt with in any retail store. He answered all of my questions regarding mattress manufacturers and various mattress builds, as well as having me lay on several beds to see what style and firmness would best suit my body and build. He also was more than fair with respect to offering discounts and matching the price of another offer I received for a lesser quality mattress. He spent as much time with me as I needed in two separate visits, which truly developed a trust factor and that is why I purchased my mattress at this store. Cesar should be commended by senior management for being a valuable team member who is extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and is very professional while being personable and patient.
