Lucy's is great! The store is very clean and sells quality items. It's a tight squeeze, so anticipate that before you bring a crowd of kiddos with you. But definitely worth a stop for like new children's apparel and toys, etc.

The employees are always so welcoming and kind! They have such great name brand clothes for kids of all ages, and I always find so many great items. It is so easy and helpful to consign with them too, and the donated items go to great causes.

Very nice shop in a historic home. Only issues is toddler clothes on second floor - my 2 year old kept running to the top of the stairs ? and no changing table in bathroom.

I have attempted multiple times to shop here during their listed “open” hours. I don’t appreciate business that waste people’s time. It’s their responsibility to update their hours on all platforms they advertise on.

Their hours are so frustrating. I have attempted twice now to come shop here and they are not open when they have listed hours as "open". I don't appreciate a business that wastes people's time. It's their responsibility to update there hours on all business platforms they are apart of.

Really good selection of clothes for boys and girls in all sizes, including costumes. Toy selection is not large but has plenty of interesting choices.

I'm an expecting first time mom who is very happy I found this store. I found some great and affordable maternity clothes when other nearby shops didn't sell them in store. In the three times I've gone, I've seen essentials such as clothes, baby wrap and other carriers, monitors, bottle warmers, diaper changing pads, diaper bags, cloth diapers and inserts, pack and plays, bassinets, strollers, high chairs, the list goes on. And more often than not the prices beat whatever you can find from people selling their own stuff on marketplace. Inventory changes quickly as they get new items multiple times a week. I'd highly recommend.

Went here looking for some low cost onesies for my 6 month old daughter, found way more than I expected. Great selection of children's clothes for all ages. Will definitely return as we continue to outgrow everything.

I decided to wait until I cooled off before writing this, but I'm still pretty upset. Everything was going fine until I was getting into my truck. A woman came rushing out and ordered me to stop. "Did your daughter take the Lego Set?" I nod, "Yes." a bit puzzled by the question. Her response? "She didn't pay for it!" Not a question, an accusation. (And technically true. She didn't pay for it. I Did.) "The tag is still on it." I take the item from my daughter and show my accuser that the tag was gone. After a brief pause, she asks me to wait so she can go inside and check something. I was tempted to leave, but that almost seems like an admission of guilt. So I wait. And wait. And wait. And then it starts to rain. I'm losing my patience and about to go in, when my accuser come out all smiles (Well, I'm certainly glad SHE'S happy.) "My mistake, you're good!"No I'm not good. I'm angry. When you confront a customer, the approach should be, "Excuse me, Sir, but I'm not sure that you paid for one item. Would you mind if I checked?" When you discover your error, you're response should be, "I'm so Sorry, Sir. I've made a big mistake! I was confused and did not realize that you had paid for your daughter's Lego Set. Please forgive me."With any luck, this will be a Learning Experience for the staff. Please let me know because it is unlikely that we will be returning.
