I went to the Lowe’s garden center today to buy a bag of EZY Straw. The sales associate, Marc, was so helpful and courteous that I must say he is an absolute credit to Lowe’s. Not only did he show me where the product was, Marc would not let me pick up the hay and seeing I had no cart, he quickly got a cart and loaded it for me. Truly a great experience that makes it a pleasure to shop at this location. Well done Marc!

Chris G. From millwork came over and helped us with wiring in electrical department..he was kind, professional and helped us with everything we needed when we couldn't find anyone in the department to help us. Thanks Chris!

I came in looking for some plywood for a project. The plywood was not at the location shown on the internet web page. I asked a gentleman named Joe to help me and he found it for me. He also cut it to the size I needed as well as a 2x4. I also needed some hardware and he told me what aisle it was on. I went over to it and about 10 minutes later he came by to see if I had found what I was looking for. I've never had that kind of customer service at any big box store. That's awesome! Kudos to him for caring to check on me and following up.

I love that this place not only has military discounts, it also has veterans parking. The customer service, which is a huge deal to me as I'm in customer service myself, tops it off. I get all my plants and home repair stuff here.

Severely understaffed... very frustrating experience. God forbid You have to change your order. They insist you have to come in the store to make a change. So you come in the store and no one is there in appliances. I have been there several times recently and it was difficult to find anyone. But today I needed to make a change to my order. The one employee who could help, was on dinner break. Employees had called in sick and there was no one else that could take care of it. I was told that if I go home that the employee will call me to do the change or over the phone. I mentioned I was told any change order had to be done in the store. The individual advise he couldn't do it but the person handling appliances would call me and take care of it over the phone once she was back from dinner. The appliances employee called and left me a message saying I needed to come to the store. I gave up. I canceled the order... thank you Lowe's, I got it much cheaper somewhere else. ? I'm very grateful that it worked out this way.
I'm giving two stars because the return policy for appliances at Lowe's is excellent.

I stopped by to grab a couple of items and I had some questions about lawncare items. I was assisted by Tim and he has so helpful and had the most amazing customer service presence I've had the pleasure of interacting with. He answered all of my questions and even recommended other products that would help me complete my job.

The service of the forklift worker is terrible, he is lazy, we spent an hour looking for something and he never wanted to do it, also those who sell do not even know what they are selling, they should look for efficient people or fire them if they are not useful
