Lou and Cam saved the day!
I had been searching for years for a rooftop tent for my truck, and I finally found one on Facebook marketplace. So I went to go meet the seller and it turned out we needed additional hardware to make it work for my truck, and I had to get it that same day or he was gonna sell it to someone else.
So I sped over to the nearest hardware store that I could find, and when I arrived at Lowe’s, I was treated with incredible care and a sense of urgency to get the job done by many different employees, but especially Lou and Cam. These two went above and beyond, not only find the correct bolts that would work for my rooftop tent and truck rack, but you could sense that these two genuinely liked what they did at their job.
They showed a sense of urgency as well as genuine interest in my project, and they even went above and beyond to help me remove a stripped nut from one of my bolts, which involved taking a hacksaw to the bolt.
I was able to get the rooftop tent installed flawlessly, and I would definitely rate the store and its employees 10 out of 10. I know that I can trust on people like Lou and Cam whenever it comes to an urgent project.
If any management happens to see this, these two definitely deserve a raise and to be rewarded for their efforts. Good job Lowe’s!

It's very rare when a store and an employee make your day, so I have to give accolades to the north Frederick Lowe's and to Dex in the tile section. This particular Lowe's has always been my favorite, but last night, when I arrived around 8:00 pm to look at tile for an in-process bathroom project, I had no idea that I was going to be wowed! First, their tile section is outstanding -- far, far better organized than the Kentlands store, which I had left earlier in disgust. It's even better than the other Frederick store, which is quite good. (I wish I'd taken pictures of the different stores to show. It's shocking how different they are. Will never return to the Kentlands Lowe's, it was so dirty, disorganized and unwelcoming.)
It took me a bit to decide on a tile to surround the bathtub, and once I did, Dex helped me every step of the way, from choosing the right type and color of grout to going through nine (9!) boxes of tiles to check for broken ones. And he was the one who initiated the double check. I appreciate that he insisted, because there were some boxes with several broken or chipped up tiles, and it would have been a hassle to get home, find them, then have to return them. He found a large pallet cart for me and loaded it all, pushed it up to checkout for me, and even loaded it all into my car. I mean, who does that these days??!! All I can say is that this kind, service oriented young man will go far. I hope Lowe's knows how lucky they are to have him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You need to really teach your employees especially your managers some manners. Devon would be the 1st one I would start with. She is very rude and has no interest in being helpful. But I do have to say the 1st lady that helped me unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was absolutely wonderful and actually apologized for her rude manager. So thank you for your help it did not go unnoticed.

The self checkout is ridiculous! There was one employee helping 6 customers with their purchases. It's another way to cut costs by not hiring people to ring up mechandise.

I come to get 2 items for a project im working on and go to the self checkout and the guy literally just grabs the scanner and my items from me and starts to scan them - I though the point of self checkout was to checkout yourself, not have cashiers. If that the case then open up the regular lines? I don't want to be within a 8-10inch range from strangers that STINK. Won't be buying from here anymore. AMAZON here I come.

Went there trying to resolve the third order that you have canceled on flooring for me, because you supposedly Lowe’s do not control your online orders and third party delivery like DoorDash, I wander who does, Home Depot ? After this third one went there , Scott was not help I even told him don’t care color, just something in the same price. He didn’t do anything . Before I talk to Patrick when the order was going to be cancel , they are just watching their hands like always. This store it’s awful, no help I will repot this to Maryland attorney general consumer complaint.
