Im not from the area but do love to visit the theater when in town. Unfortunately pricing is now 5 dollars for 30 minutes and no option to buy a longer term pass. Would love if they had a 20 dollar or similar all day pass.

Just went there at around 4:10 pm, June 11, 2023. There was a middle aged guy at the counter that was helping me out, and out of the blue made some rape jokes. He sounded way too comfortable, possibly wasn't his first time making those jokes, and said he's saying it in a humorous way. I was very uncomfortable and disgusted, and probably won't return to that store anymore.

Very disappointed brought an item for my wife and it worked yesterday tried using it today and charged it and it won’t work didn’t receive a receipt to file a claim with the company that sells them and this shop won’t replace it because it’s no returns not happy will be contacting my bank

I was a little nervous to come here because there were no reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! There was a nice selection of toys and everything was well-organized and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely be back!

This was the most awful experience! I went to this brick and mortar store and purchased an "adult" item at not insignificant cost. I took it home and followed the directions and the item did not work at all (never powered on.) I returned it less than 24 hours later and the store would not exchange it although it was OBVIOUSLY brand new still in package. I said I would dispute the charge and she said I guess you will have to do that. I only wanted exchange for working item! When I called the credit card company the charge has not even posted yet! I spent YEARS IN RETAIL this is ridiculously poor customer service. This was a 70$ item!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible customer service. Buy online.
