I've brought both of my pups here, one for stomach issues (which was solved) and one for a follow up paw webbing ripping. Both doctors were kind and offered the best possible treatment for my babies, they also don't charge an arm and a leg!!! Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a Vet that doesn't give a damn about your pet then you've come to the right place. This guy recommended Adequan shots for my dog without doing any tests to see if my 13 year old dog could tolerate them. 8 shots over 4 weeks and he never once checked or asked how his "patient" was doing with this treatment. My dog suffered terribly as her paws swelled up. I brought her in to have him check what was happening and this guy and a technician took my dog in the back room for X-rays. I was never shown the X-rays that I paid for! He said he wanted to consult another vet. After waiting 6 days and calling repeatedly for an answer I get a message that they "couldn't figure it out". Wanted to do more tests and milk me for more money. They knew my dog was terminal but wanted to squeeze as much money out of me as they could. How do I know that they knew? The technician Lyndsey refunded the $236 I paid for the shots so I could "put my dog at peace." My dog died the next day. (Not there. I went to an honest vet who had to retake the X-rays because they wouldn't send them over.) My advice to anyone considering using this dishonest practice is to RUN as fast as you can to any other Vet than Dr. Liar Kellogg.

I would think twice or even longer before bringing your beloved pet to this "veterinarian ", 10 days before we lost our pittbull, she was seen by him and never even listened to her heart, my husband already had her outside ready to go home and I asked him if he had listened to her heart and he said no, so we had to drag her back in, he spent no more than 6-7 seconds listening to her heart, and said said she's fine and shipped her out the door, 10 days later, thank God we live across the street from an aninal hospital where they detected she had a sever heart murmur, her heart was only beating 22 beats a minute, supposed to be 96-102, please explain to us how in the hell he missed that!!!! Wouldn't take a pet rat to this "veterinarian". Please think twice about coming here, your likely vomiting to be like us, waiting on our babies ashes to come home. Thank you

My boyfriend and I brought our puppy here the first time for his routine check up after adopting him from a rescue. Walking in, the receptionist was not welcoming whatsoever, and just seemed very grouchy. The tech, Jordan, was extremely kind to both of us, as well as to our fur baby. However, the doctor made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him by being there. We are first-time puppy owners, so we had a few questions. Anything I asked, I would get one-word answers and 0 explanations or suggestions. He didn't tell us which vaccines our puppy was getting, as we did research and don't want him over-vaccinated. He ended up giving him a Lyme Disease vaccine and kennel cough, both of which we would have denied. He then said he was going to cut his nails, which didn't need to be cut. Before I could say no, he was already trimming and our baby had bloody paws from going too short. Above all, the overall experience was absolutely terrible, I wanted to interrupt mid-appointment and leave. The rooms are dirty, the staff is unfriendly, there is 0 communication, and it is very pricey. The only good part of this appointment was the tech, Jordan. We will not be returning.

We have been using McClellan Vet for years and now travel from Pennsylvania for our visits. He saved our one dog from a vestibular disorder that originally looked like a stroke. She ended up living two more years. Today we trust him to provide vet care for our Standard Poodle. Siba, the 2020 Westminster Kennel Club winner.

I took my cat here for a routine check up and shots. I have never seen a vet facility like this. Every other vet I have been to has a private exam room with chairs for the pet parents to sit in, and CLOSED DOORS. The rooms here all have open doorways (no doors on them). The only areas with seats were the waiting room and a row of three chairs in the hallway. The assistant took my cat from me in the carrier and walked into a room with cabinet shelving but no exam table. He placed the carrier on the counter, which had papers and other items on it, opened the carrier door, and reached in to take her out. She is in a new environment for the first time, has had no time to acclimate to the room or the person, and can hear, see, and smell a mid-sized dog in the waiting room just 15 feet away. Naturally, she hissed and backed into the carrier. She's never enjoyed the vet, but in all other experiences I was able to open the carrier and let her come out on her own, or unscrew the top and gently remove her, and then allow her to explore the room while the vet observed from a distance. Because she hissed and backed away (I'm not sure where she was supposed to go on the small, crowded counter) they took her into the surgery room and left me standing in the hallway. Eventually someone told me that I could have a seat in the hall. The vet finally came up, barely made eye-contact with me, mumbled a few things and left. The whole time she was being examined and getting her shots I could hear her howling, hissing, and crying. I was so anxious to get out of there. The entire time I was there not one of the five+ employees I saw was wearing a face mask (I was, and so were the other people in the waiting room - this being July 2, 2020 with covid-19 still a very real threat). It was the most uncomfortable vet visit either of us has ever had.

Excellent veterinary practice; wonderful veterinarian and caring staff. Our girl had an emergency C Section. Mom and pups are doing great. We named our pups after Dr Kellogg and the assisting Vet Tech...Scottie and Lyndsey.

The prices are too high and the vets and secretaries are either rude or too busy to be polite Maybe they get a kick back from the tow company because they towed my car even though I had just been there. When you're in their parking lot you better be on their business any longer and they'll tow

Just left without seeing the vet, unless you count the two seconds when he came into the waiting area to tell an older gentleman to turn down his scanner (which was so quiet that I didn't even realize he had one on). All of us in the waiting room looked at each other like "huh??". Let me back up and start with my First experience here: last year I got my kitten spayed here. When I came to pick her up in the afternoon the receptionist was rude and grumpy. I chalked it up to an end-of-a-rough-day mood. The next time I came in was to have my 13year-old dog (my love) put to sleep. I sat with her on the floor and put her head in my lap to try to keep her calm while I talked to her. The vet came into the room, didn't even Acknowledge me with an introduction or a simple hello. He interacted Only with the tech (who was nice). He pulled my dog's body toward himself instead of just coming a teeny bit closer to us. Then he just injected her! No warning, no explanation of how the procedure was going to happen. In my experience as a vet tech in CA many years ago, we first tranquilized the animals and Then injected the euthanasia cocktail, so the animal's last experience was not one of pain and terror. I pulled my dog's head back onto my lap and stared into her eyes while the life went out of her. I was bawling my eyes out. The vet simply got up and left the room. Never Said A Single Word To Me. I should've never gone back again. But I saw so many good reviews on here so I thought maybe That vet was just a substitute or something since I never did get his name. But today...I had a 5:30 appointment for my highly excitable dog. I asked for the last appointment of the day so we wouldn't have to encounter any other animals Or people. Earlier today I got a call from Taylor saying they'd had a few cancellations and that I could come in at 4 or 4:30. I explained the whole Crazy Dog thing to her again and she said 4:30 there wouldn't be anyone else there because the patient before then was only getting shots. I showed up at 4:30 and the waiting room had FOUR people in it and TWO animals. The receptionist was the same Awful, Rude, Grumpy woman who was there last year. She informed me that the vet was with a patient and there were two more ahead of me. I tried keeping my dog calm. That lasted about five minutes. When the vet came out to scold the man with the scanner and I realized it Was the same uncaring guy who put my old dog down, I got up and left. I became a vet tech because I love animals. I have no idea why these people are in business.

I've taken my dog here for 3 years. I've never had any problems with resolving the problem my boy was being treated for. Dr Kellogg is good with him and treats him well. Personally, I don't need a vet to feign joy over my animal, I just need results on the first visit. Yes, the office could use some updating, but my dog doesn't care. They get the job done and my dog is healthy.
