Car wouldn't start today. I was in a huge hurry and called Derek's. Even though the truck was not in my area another employee nearby WHO WAS NOT ON THE CLOCK brought his jump box and came to my rescue. Courteous, prompt and fair. Couldn't ask for anything more from a service organization.

used them twice through warranty took over 8 hours on the first second tow after 6 hours they canceled had to get another company
