My daughters began taking classes at Jump Climb Extreme a few months ago, and I have been so impressed by the care the coaches demonstrate for each student in their classes. They quickly remember students' names, offer helpful and personalized feedback, split larger groups into different sections of the gym to keep things moving, and are genuinely invested in their students' success. They're also incredibly affirming and positive toward kids of every skill level. On the whole, they're working with a high-energy group of children who might not get this level of affirmation at school or in other settings where wiggles are frowned upon. It's a joy to see how JCX gives these kids a chance to shine, and I'm so glad Frederick has this gym!

My daughter does the homeschool class and it's absolutely amazing. She's learning so much and coach Morgan is great with her.

It is a good price for a nicely featured ninja gym. It kept my nine year oldbusy a whole two hours. I don’t think it is big or diverse enough for a membership, but for the occasional visit it is nice.

Best time today for a 7 year old's birthday. The staff was amazing. We had so much fun doing the nerf battle. Highly recommend. Will definitely return!!

Just left here. This morning we took our three children and arrived at 1145 and had to wait until 1200 to use the gym because there was a party that ahd the gym rented. Totally understandable, reasonable, and I should have called to verify because this is one of the limited pieces of information available on the website, and I still had to fill out waivers.Once the waivers were signed, the female employee that was helping us made eye contact as she walked out the door at 1200 and we continued to sit and wait as Tristan got ready for work. While sitting next to the front desk, and Tristan, another customer came in and went to the back with Tristan. At about 1225 I went and leaned against their drop mat while waiting to be acknowledged. The father of the kid using the gym was the only one to acknowledge me only to tell me his kid was using the mat as she was already falling g. I waited 4 more minutes without being acknowledged before finally leaving with my very disappointed children. There was another younger worker there who was sitting behind the counter but never looked up or responded to me when I went to have out names removed from their system.

Just had my two granddaughters there explained to the coach they had never been to an actual gym to do this and the coach did not help them to do anything it was a total waste of money for the day. Also no one else was in the gym at the time.

Unfortunately, I have had to edit my review...You pay the fees for classes that usually do not start on time except for Wednesday evenings and often open gym users are cutting into the class time. Usually instructors are starting 15 minutes late, then halfway through just let the kids run around for open gym while they sit at the front desk on their phone instead of leading class time that we pay for. John was by far the best instructor, but has gone away to school. The owner and co-owner are so disengaged and uninterested in teaching. The bathrooms are pretty gross and never cleaned, usually without toilet paper or paper towels. I was not impressed by the birthday party room. We arrived and the tables were dirty, things were spread around the room and we had to clean up and move random junk that was out. We used to love this place, but it is going downhill. Talking with several other parents, they feel the same. We are looking into another facility.

Great gym! Instructors work well with kids and adults, and there are always new challenges and obstacles being added. Classes and Summer camps are a blast! JCX is also pretty cheap compared to the other gyms in the area. The instructors are all registered with the National Ninja League as well.

I signed my boys up for summer camp at this gym. I was surprised when they didn't send the general health, emergency etc. type forms you get for summer camp with kids. The night before camp I read that they weren't equipped to give any medication. Yet they were taking kids as young as 5 - my son has an emergency inhaler. On the first day, the employees were not at all welcoming. I was surprised to find that no one was masked, no social distancing enforced, small communal lunch room, dirty gym in general. I asked about their Covid precautions and was told my kids could wear masks if they wanted to. I later learned one of the adult instructors wasn't vaccinated. I pulled my kids after the first day. I messaged the gym hoping to get some sort of refund as I thought their Covid "non" policy should have been made clear. Additionally, during the day the kids went over to a different location - a bouldering gym nearby, and climbed. They were given used climbing shoes to wear. Both of my kids got blisters on their feet. Generally I don't write negative reviews about small businesses but these guys didn't even bother to reply. No one reached out to me after my boys failed to show up for the rest of the week. I would never ever trust this gym to watch my kids again. But I also wouldn't trust them to make any sound decisions or actions. Here's hoping Frederick gets some better, more professional indoor adventure sport type places.

I've been going to this gym for over three years and it's fantastic! The instructors are amazing, and the obstacles are great quality! This gym is also a fantastic price compared to other ninja gyms! And it's also located right next to an awesome rock climbing gym the boulder yard!

Small space. Not too many things to be able to do for children or untrained adult.More for practice , not fun.The young men from reception was only one around and was trying to make courses and challenges. 3 stars because wasn't what I expected to be .
