From start to finish we were informed every step of the way. Easy process, electronic reviews/approvals, and excellent communication. Other than providing all our financial documentation, we barely had to lift a finger! Even monitored interest rates for us and reduced the day before closing while still re-working all necessary paperwork in time. Highly recommend.

Jeri Benner is such a wonderful mortgage loan officer. She has been working closely with us from prequalification to the loan approval. She is very informative and updates on the next steps. She always tries to make the whole process simple and easy. I like the offer for hybrid closing and explanations on issues after closing. I will always recommend Jeri to be a loan officer to everyone looking for mortgage service.
