Katty and her two nail technicians Nacy and Teresa were very polite and professional. Nice people do a great job. Have no complaints. I would highly recommend this place.

Katie was absolutely FABULOUS. Might be the best fiber gel I have ever had! 10/10. Gentle care, beautifully sculpted, and Katie is lovely to chat with or have quiet time. Incredibly talented technician.

I love this place. Gel polish lasts forever and the techs are both sooo nice. Especially with white polish, it doesn't always turn nice but they do an amazing job!

Really terrible experience having some gel polish removed and getting my finger nails cut and shaped. The technician didn't care at all about the health or look of the nails. She used the electric buffer twice while removing the gel polish, to save time, and left the nails rough with damage you can see and feel. Gave me loads off attitude when I brought it up, and then proceeded to use the most coarse file to roughly over file my nails, creating much shorter nails then we discussed... that were uneven and poorly shaped. She was just in a hurry to get done and didn't care at all about how she left my nails looking. I was one of only two people there but she couldn't give me the time of day, just wanted to rush back to playing on her phone. I leave tomorrow for my vacation with almost no length left on what were very long nails yesterday ... rough and damaged looking. Will never go back there.

Overall the experience was fine but 3 hours later I bumped my toe and the polish still wasn’t fully dry so it smudged it. I sat for over 30 min in the salon waiting for them to dry too and they were fine when I left. When I contacted them about it they said they could refund me $10 of the $35 which was fine since I live out of state and couldn’t come back for them to fix it. I asked for Venmo payment since that’s how I paid them and was told they don’t know how to use Venmo… I sent a venmo request, she luckily figured out how to complete it but she tacked on a goods and service fee (which I did not when I paid them earlier that day). Upon further inspection of my toe nails I noticed the big toe was cracked and the rest were very poorly cut and filed. All were jagged and rough. I ended up having to cut, file, and paint my own toes. Everyone was nice and I enjoyed my time there, I just wish the outcome had been better.

Kelly is Amazing. I used to switch place for my nails but since I went to Kelly, I haven’t even thought about going anywhere else. She is amazing, and goes above and beyond for her customers. She knows a lot and knows what she is doing. I have already gone to her three times in the past 4 months. Kelly is Amazing!
