Christina was my lending agent on my first home 15 years ago. We kept in touch because we knew that in few years we would buy again. For several years, through all the ups and downs with home values, we finally had another check-in at the end of 2020. It was the right time to sell.
Admittedly, we were nervous about selling in the middle of a pandemic. But there was nobody I trusted more than Christina to help us navigate those crazy times. She made time for us and was always available to meet after non-traditional business hours to look at homes, if only just to get an idea of what was on the market with no intention of making an offer.
We were never rushed and she was always working behind the scenes for us. After almost a year of renting between homes, Christina gave us a call and said she found the one. We were excited. We pulled up to the house and knew it would be ours. I love where we live and our neighbors are awesome. We also live not too far away from Christina now.
While we were looking early on, and Christina had a conflict with her family or another client, she would send her husband, Jay, or another trusted agent to meet with us. We were always in good hands. I interacted with so many folks in her office during the daily transactional elements of buying and selling our
homes. Top notch!
Christina was also involved in two other family real estate transactions. Sold quickly!
My word to the person reading this review…. Christina and Jay are good people. They are passionate about their work, staff, clients, and community. I don't sit here writing a review this long at 10pm for no reason. These folks will not just find you a house, they will find you a home.

This small space could not begin to hold all of the positive things I would like to say about Christina Day and the Day Home Team. From the moment we first met her, she instantly made us feel that she knew exactly how she planned to sell our home. She outlined solid plans with us, and ensured that every step of those plans were followed until the day we signed our closure papers. If we had a question, she was there--day or night (and I'm not exaggerating here)-- even on her vacation. Her level of care and expertise are truly amazing. I would recommend her (and her team) to anyone and everyone!

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Christina Day and the Day Home Team during our move from New York to Maryland. Christina was incredibly patient, responsive and helpful as we looked at various homes throughout Frederick, Carroll, and Anne Arundel counties. The entire process was fast and painless using the Day Home Team. Everyone was knowledgeable and offered great advice. House sold in 3 days for more than the asking price. Great experience, would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

As a first time home buyer this was a new process to me, but Mat and Amy Beall made it such a smooth and enjoyable process. Between taking the time to really get to know me and wants/needs in a home, their knowledge of the area, and availability to answer any questions that I had, I cannot be more grateful. Amy Beall was so helpful and patient in handling the estate sale of my Uncle's house. Her knowledge of the area and contractors was much appreciated as I live in a different state. She knew exactly how to price the house for a quicks sale and generated plenty of interest to spark a bidding war. Closed in a week after going on the market! Extremely satisfied!

I can't speak highly enough of Brian Mokricky and the entire Jay Day team. We were 'difficult' buyers on the market a bit earlier than we had planned and on a tight budget. Brian helped us navigate through an extremely intimidating market and was patient as we figured out exactly what we wanted. He was always looking out for us first and solely focused on making sure we were happy with our new home. Mission accomplished, Brian. I'm not buying a house with any other agent or team for as they offer services in our desired area.
From finding the house to closing, Brian was there to answer questions and represent us at every moment. His expertise in a variety of housing markets was so valuable as we went into the negotiation process. We were not in a position to outbid people so we required a very careful and well timed strategy. Brian's ability here is world class. Many of the other agents and professionals involved were impressed by the deal we got thanks to Brian's tact.
Most importantly, Brian is simply easy to work with. He genuinely cares about making his clients happy and makes a very stressful process enjoyable. His response times are superb and he's well connected in the region so he was very helpful for finding inspectors/contractors/etc that we needed before and after our purchase.
My wife and I love our new home so much and are so happy with the service Brian provided. All future real estate purchases will go through Brian and the JayDay Home Team. Thank you!

We were selling our house in one state and buying in another. Amy Beall made the entire experience extremely smooth. She was not only our realtor but our advocate. She is truly an expert in her field and assertive. My husband and I could tell she wanted the best for us and was invested in our happiness.
Amy became a friend of the family. Our oldest son asks about her all of the time. After we closed he was upset that she was coming back to the house with us. This buying experience has been the best one yet. We couldn’t recommend her more. One of the best decisions we have made was choosing Amy ❤️

I can not express our gratitude for Christina and her team. We sold our house and purchased a new one, and the entire experience was smooth. She made us feel like we were her only clients and always answered us promptly and never made us feel silly. She went above and beyond. Her assistant Isabel was a dream to work with and also made us very comfortable. I would recommend this team to anyone, whether it it your first home or your 5th home. Having previously sold a home through Jay Day and the Home Team it was an obvious decision where to start when we were ready to purchase our new home.We connected right away with Kyle Myers who listened to our wants, desires, and must haves. Since we lived about two hours away from our target area Kyle saved us much time by providing video tours of our home selections prior to scheduling potential viewings.After finding and making an offer on our home Kyle was there to answer questions, and walk us through to closing.
