I have been having some front end trouble with my car. Felt like I was driving on ice whenever it rained or if the roads were even slightly damp. Had had several repairs at another shop prior to coming to iIdel Hyundai. I scheduled a diagnostics to be done and they found it within 15 minutes... The problem that was causing the absolutely terrifying experience that I was having while driving my car. They offered to fix it that day. I also had to buy two new tires and an alignment which they also did that same day. Talk about a relief! Everyone there was so amazing, so accommodating and so professional! One of the girls even called me the next day to let me know that she had miscounted my cash and owed me $15! Quite honestly I wouldn't have known, and they're going to mail me my overpayment. It really was a great experience overall and everyone was extremely accommodating and polite! They had a nice lounge with the TV, coffee, charging stations & vending machines. The seating was very comfortable, I almost fell asleep! I definitely will be back! Thanks to everyone at Ideal Hyundai!

I would not recommend the service department. We have a 2012 lacrosse. We had the car in for oil change and they told us the tie rod is bad. The car only has 45,000 miles, we then had a compressor go bad two weeks later. Again the car has 45,000 miles.

The service department was very helpful. Missy and the mechanic did what they could to help a customer get though some difficult decisions. I appreciate the service staff at this location.

The service and parts department here are the BEST! I took a vehicle in for service for the first time today, and I was welcomed by 3 different staff members as soon as I walked in the door. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a dealership and service department, everyone was smiling. The communication regarding my vehicle and want needed done was transparent and easy! Will absolutely be back again! Thank you!

Best experience with the service department. They were able to replace the BCM, battery and AC lines on short notice. We were 800 miles from home with a 2021 GMC Acadia. They really pulled thru and couldn't be more thankful!

I took my work truck. 20 feet long. Just to check it out. Didn’t read the drop in speeds. When they received it. It was running at 70 miles per hour. They put other things on it. And they gave me worse . Running only 30 miles per hour. When they gave it to me. I had to tow it. And they charged me $3.400 to pay a tow truck separately.

My key fob needs to be replaced- I spoke with Shaun, and he was great! He is very knowledgeable about the other products on the market, and not pushy at all. I was happy I called and got him on the phone! I will definitely get service at Ideal again!

Spoke with Abhimanyu Mishra (Abby) on the phone about a 2023 Kona we wanted to purchase. Spoke for two days about a deal. He called in the morning asking when we would drive there from our home in Germantown.I texted him when we were on our way. He responded with"Great ,see you soon." We were greeted by him and asked to have a seat while he was finishing up with this couple. Sales mgr came to say hello also. Abby was not seen for awhile as we waited to see the Kona. Finally he came by and lead us out the door to the car and said,"this is it but we just sold it" WOW !!! what a blow. Abby told us that the sale, to them, took just 15 minutes and that was it. (I'm betting that they were told someone else is coming to look at it.) Mgr came out as we were leaving to offer another vehicle which we did not want. They thought by holding us there "WE WOULD BUY A DIFFERENT VEHICLE FROM THEM!" Abby said "first come, first served",,,"and that's business." However, some good came out as we purchased a car with many options, elsewhere at nearly the same price which we drove up and down 270 for.These guys are sneaks and liars. We are living proof of that. STAY AWAY. And read the contract, ask about fees, fight those % points, we did and it came down 2 points! You have to be willing to walk. Some dealer out there will have all the pieces of the puzzle for you. BUT do the homework! Go out looking with knowledge.IDEAL HYUNDAI - FREDRICK SNEAKS AND LIARS !!!

I purchased my car in April. I waited for my tags and received no calls or emails. I started calling in June to get an update and I would be transferred to the “title department” only to be sent to voicemail. I then happened to check my temp tags only to notice that my tags would expire the next day. I called again and asked to speak to manager, the manager (Luis/Lois)then said he would look into it. He called me back to tell me they have had my tags for days. He wasn’t even remotely apologetic, he actually sounded annoyed at me. Had a very “do you want your tags or not” attitude. When I said “don’t you think it’s problematic that your department didn’t reach out to me” he said “I don’t know what you want me to do but you can come get your tags now”. I don’t see myself using this dealership again. I see other people posted similar issues with their tags at this dealership. Guess they don’t care about the customer after they have made a sale.

I purchased my vehicle in Feb. It is the end of May and I still do not have my tags that I paid for 3 months ago! This is such a bizarre situation, I have not encountered this before at a dealership. I have made several calls to this dealership only to be transferred to a voicemail. No one is there to help with this matter.

We received great service and constant communication from Alan in the service department during our most recent visit. He and his management team (Mike and Walter) were extremely helpful in getting some issues resolved that we experienced at another GMC dealer out of the area. We will continue to personally use Ideal (3 vehicles so far) as well as refer others who are in need of top notch service! THANKS again.

Having an appt is useless. Took over 2 days for 2 small recalls and to find a leak. Wasn't offered a loaner vehicle or was offered a ride to and from dealer. Had to find my own. Over $ 400.00 to find and repair the leak. Was a 2 hr ordeal that took 2 days of my car being in there facility. Never again. Will stick with my mechanic at Adkins automotive for ALL my cars maintenance.

Manager Bobby really when out of his way to help me with a lease end. Salesman Bobby B even took some time to answer questions to help me make the right decision. Bill in finance was very honest and genuine. I don't think they make anything on a lease buy out, so the fact that they all were willing to help me speaks volume for the type of business they are.
