The staff was friendly and very patient as I wasn't quite sure about the parts I was looking for. I ended up getting everything I needed to put the wheel back on my Arrma because no matter what I asked for, they had it in stock.

Awesome place I am new to the RC car hobby and they did a great job at pointing me in the right direction for my sons car and myself and even called and made sure I had the right battery to run in the cars I was purchasing so I didn’t burn up the cars by putting the wrong battery’s in them .. I’m beyond greatful for having a place to go like hobby town close to home with the customer service that they offer.

Excellent place for all kinds of hobby and craft odds & ends, especially if you're into models and RC stuff. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have something, there's a good chance they know where to get it, which is also a huge plus. My only regret is not visiting sooner!

Really great selection on all kinds of hobbies. wish the RC plane and helicopter section had more selections, but still a really impressive hobby store that you don't really see anymore.

Hobbytown has a stellar selection of hobby products. My personal interests are wargame modeling and model rocketry. Store staff are quick to help and knowledgeable of the product their store carries. Gaming and hobby space is also available on a fist come, first served basis. I've played a game there and felt very welcomed.

This place has just about something for everyone! I generally go there for paints for Warhammer miniatures. They have an amazing selection of Citadel, Vallejo and a few other brands. They have a selection of brushes as well. They have an amazing selection of board games and models. If you’re looking for Legos I would recommend looking here. I wish they carried more Games Workshop miniatures but I recognize that they may not have the demand. There is a need in Frederick for someone to carry a large selection. The staff seem nice if somewhat passive. Definitely come here and see all the cool stuff they have!

I was able to find all of the paints and other supplies that I needed to get back into building plastic models. They have plenty of other great things like board games, legos, scale model trains/scenery, R/C vehicles, Warhammer figures, Gundam/Macross models, and plenty of other items I’m forgetting. Their prices were very reasonable and I liked being able to shop local instead of going online. I’ll definitely be coming back as I need additional paints and supplies!
