The owners of this pharamcy are kind, courteous, and helpful. They certainly give their service to their customers a personal touch. My prescriptions were always filled promptly and correctly, and I was notified when they were ready for pickup. I highly recommend this pharmacy, especially if you need a compounding pharmacy.

The owners are so accommodating, caring professionals. We have used them for our pets and will not use anyone else Their prices are competitive with Chewys and they are able to make the compound within 24 hours of getting the doctors prescription

Wonderful small business that is one of the few in the area that does compounding.Friendly and prompt service, no issues at all.Only negative is the area that it's set in. But you're not going to move here.

I originally thought this pharmacy was great until I started receiving bills for COVID tests that should be have covered by insurance. They then charged my card for these. And now, I received another invoice for more COVID testing charges. They never even tried to file claims with my insurance company. FRAUD and SCAMMERS!!!

I've been using Hillcrest for several months now for a medication that I can't get elsewhere and I've only had positive experiences. Hillcrest has great communication - they text you about refills well in advance and you can reply and talk to an actual person. They are very polite and friendly and always do a great job.

UPDATE: After leaving this review and reaching out, Hillcrest did send my info to another pharmacy of my selectionI should start this review with a statement. I really dislike Walgreens. They're a terrible company and I had nothing but negative experiences with them when I was forced to use them under the Anthem network from BlueCross BlueShield.With that said, I managed to get a plan with UHC a few years back and I started patronizing Hillcrest Pharmacy when CVS was removed from UHC's network in 2022. Overall they were professional and efficient with handling my prescriptions.So why the poor review, and the disclaimer about my antipathy for Walgreens? In August 2022, I received a notice in the mail from Hillcrest Pharmacy that they would no longer be acting as a prescription pharmacy and had forwarded my personal medical records to Walgreens. This was done without my consent. I had to spend a Saturday afternoon unsubscribing from Walgreens - again. I would expect that a local pharmacy would have more respect for the privacy of their customers and ask where to send their personal health records before doing so. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I went to to this pharmacy in Frederick for an antigen testing prior to my international trip. The service was efficient; I got my results via email in less than 15 minutes. However, they made a mistake in entering my spouse's DOB upon the receipt of his results. I sent them an email and they responded with the amended information asap. I recommend this place. I took one star away due to the higher prices.

Darin and Depak are the best! The most helpful pharmacy in the world. I’ve worked with Hillcrest in both personal & professional settings. They make everything simple and easy in what can be the intimidating world of compounding medications. Not to mention, they’re just always so friendly. :)

This is the BEST compounding Pharmacy EVER!!!! They go the extra mile to ensure you are getting everything you need and request!!! They have made it so easy you can even text them when you need a refill! Everyone I have dealt with there are extremely helpful and nice to deal with!! 100% satisfied with Hillcrest Pharmacy!
