I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at the Frederick location. The several managers, and all of the employees are extremely friendly, personable, always asking if they can assist. They offer solutions if asked. I enjoy patronizing this location.

We went to get a fan and they were sold out of the one we wanted. No biggie, we just bought a bigger model! We had a coupon for a free tool set and they didn't have any available. While we were checking out, one of the staff brought us one they found! Thanks for finding it!
