Small older facility with old equipment. Bathrooms have mold growing on the floors and in showers.

I have been doing training with Phil and have love it! He trains a lot my age 65+ which makes me more comfortable. He's knowledgeable, patient and fun to train with! It's small.but has a big variety of machines. The back room is not usually too busy so good if you want more room and privacy!

Golds gym in Frederick has a small town feel to it. Everyone is welcoming with smiles, asking how I’m doing. I love the classes,the instructors, and the equipment is great!
