I went to the store on 7820 Wormans Mill Rd on Frederick MD on 8/13/22, and the employee name Adnan, called me after I made my purchased saying that I took something from the store and to return it. I checked my bag and I didn't see anything, then I told him he put it back to the back counter and he said that was another one. He said that was 2, then I told him to check by protein bars and then he found it. I never been so disrespected and accused of something that I didn't do. GNC you have to train your security people and employees to provide a better customer service. I will never come back to that store, before you call the customer saying that took something, check the stupid store. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Franchise store and NOT A CORPORATE STORE. This means while they should honor GNC Online prices they are not forced to. I learned this the hard way after calling GNC Customer Service inside of the store in front of the cashier and manager. Avoid this GNC if you can and simply order online or find another place to buy your supplements.

I am an athlete. I have been to many gncs all over the states. By far this is the best GNC I’ve stepped foot into. The staff, cleanliness, product knowledge and overall customer service is absolutely exceptional. Would highly recommend this store, especially the manager Yasin who is absolutely great at what he does.I have a 6br house in Frederick MD and every time I visit Fredrick I always make sure to stop in and get my supplements from the only GNC location in that area(Thank God for that).Again I would highly recommend the GNC of Fredrick MD. Best GNC in the country.-Sam

In this store:The GNC Waterex price $19.99The Inno Supps Night Shred price $64.99While on the GNC website and other GNC stores, the price are :The GNC Waterex $11.99The Inno Supps Night Shred $ 44.99And I called the GNC customer service to asked about this and ask them if this even normal and they said it's not right.I've been to several GNC stores from NJ , PA, CA, VA and some other states and this one store surprise me with the prices. They have the sign said price match guarantee, but it's not even work. They only willing to give discount price (Waterex from $19.99 to $15.00)The one star is for the store manager that very friendly. But the price ridiculous. Even the GNC corporate office think the price it's not normal.
