The 2 stars is for the guy who dryed my car. He did a great job.
The wash itself wasn't really worth it. It missed a few spots. The big disappointment was the tire shine. I paid $5 extra for it and the tires had no shine. I do not recommend the tire shine. Paid $20 all together.

Second time I’ve been here in a month and they aren’t offering interior services due staffing. Wasted an hour of my Saturday to drive there. Also how are you going to open a second location when you can’t staff the first one.

Do not go to this car wash. Unless you have an hour to burn. I've been waiting in line for over 45 minutes after getting the car washed to get the interior cleaned. And once you're in line there's no way to get out you're stuck. And you pay a premium for that experience. it should not take 45+ minutes to get your car washed. I will not come here again, it's very poorly managed. I feel bad for the workers that have to deal with this mismanagement.

From the selection, purchase, exterior and interior wash to helping my 5 year old find the right lollipop flavor; I was pleasantly impressed with the exceptional customer service being a first time Fusion customer. My only complaints are not wiping down /cleaning the backs of the driver and passenger seats, or the front door pockets. Other than that, I’m a satisfied customer and will return.

5/30@5:15pm I am a black woman, had some difficulty maneuvering the machine to get my car washed. A heavy latino/white female with black hair and orange t-shirt sat on the brown bench watching me struggle, never offered to help me. Once I figured it out I moved on. The next car behind (a white person) came she jumped off the bench to assist. Not cool at all. It would be nice if staff treated all patrons with the same level of respect no matter the color of their skin.

I normally am pleased with the service here but today was different. I have a monthly membership and visit this location often to get my car washed. The young man who was directing the vehicles inside to get washed today had a very poor attitude. I noticed the car in front of me was apparently having a bit of difficulty getting perfectly on the track. The employee was visibly annoyed as he was trying to give them directions such as turn a bit to the left, right etc. He had them reverse and back up several times. After several unsuccessful attempts he knocked on the person’s window and verbally gave instructions. His body language, mannerisms and attitude clearly showed he was annoyed and maybe even upset. When it was my turn the same thing was done to me. It didn’t take me as long to perfectly get on the track but this is something I usually never have an issue with so I don’t know what was different about today. There was an older gentleman in the car behind me and the employee did the same thing to him. Asked him to reverse several times and seemingly straighten his car up. I normally have a good experience at this car wash but today was surprising and not in a good way. Customer service is extremely important and I am hoping this young man turns his attitude around.

Disappointed this time. Have washed my vehicles there several times and paid the $40 to also get the interior cleaned, and again they missed the floor panels and inside door where your shoes come in contact with. Also, had to clean hardened wax off (?) the driver's door and they forgot to clean the mirrors. Maybe time to go elsewhere.
