I went in and asked for 14 inch extensions, the lady handed me 18 inch and rang me up for those and I didn’t notice until I got home. I went in to exchange because the receipt says ONLY WIGS cannot be returned, they were very rude and would not honor an exchange after the employee sold me the wrong ones. The manager will come out and speak over you and be extremely condescending

It is one of the most convenient stores I have ever been to. In addition, it was a beauty supply shop where the employees were more interested in other products and could use them conveniently because of their wealth of knowledge. Thanks to the friendly staff.

I love this store. This is my new favorite beauty supply store ?. This store is huge the prices are great and I saw stuff that was 50 percent off. I found hair oils that I never saw before I bought 6 different kinds of hair growth oil.
