I have worked with Angelo and Kayla on two separate projects and both projects far exceeded my expectations.I like to refer to Frederick Sign & Banner Company as the Superman of graphic designing and signs.Angelo and Kayla are very knowledgeable and can make what seems to be impossible look easy. I came to Andrew and the Frederick Sign & Banner Company with what I thought was an impossible ask (especially after another national sign company turned down my project/sign idea). Not only were they able to complete the job, but they exceeded all of my expectations. Andrew was timely and responsive, always kept my goals in mind, helped design the best custom imagery, and delivered a quality end product. On April 16th I reached out to Andrew at Frederick Sign and Banner via e-mail regarding some social distancing floor signs for our facility. Being in the middle of a pandemic I was having a hard time getting signs made. Andrew responded to my e-mail very quickly, had me an electronic sample within hours. He even printed me 2 smaller trial signs to see what material was going to work best. This was great because what we thought we wanted would not have worked with our floors based on the color we picked. We suggested a change that was completed within an hour. We placed an order and had 40 16” Social distancing signs within the week. The overall process was quick, seamless and outstanding communication. I am 100% confident that in a pinch Andrew will make it happen. Frederick Sign and Banner has outstanding customer service, and I will be a customer from now on. I have a lot of projects that I will be sending to Andrew and his crew.

I needed a sign company in Frederick and I’ve used this company 3 separate times for different sign needs. Andrew recently purchased the company and he is a pleasure to deal with. He communicates clearly and when we had an road block he got the issue corrected ASAP!
