I've been seeing Dr. Shad for about 8 years. I've had nothing but good experiences with this practice. She's a great doc and the staff is super friendly.

They are disorganized and can’t reach anyone to speak to but the front desk representatives which can’t do or don’t know and lost.I had an appointment in June which was booked like a year ago and forgot about it. They called me the same day and said they wouldn’t charge a cancellation fee since it’s my first time cancelling and they’d re-schedule me. I went ahead and rescheduled for august over the phone then cancelled it online once we hung up. Took them a couple of weeks to notice I cancelled my appointment¿ Regardless, they put the $50 fee on and called me 3+ times a day. I call them and the person at front desk says she’s confused because the June appointment doesn’t have a cxl fee. She talks to her coworker and says a bunch of non-sense. I talk to her co-worker and she said “oh you had an appointment in 2020 that was a no show” ?? ???????????

I don’t know why so many people are giving bad reviews to the spring ridge office. My daughter and I go here and we see Dr Natalie Reid. She is the friendliest person I have ever met.The front desk and staff has been nothing but extremely helpful and kind. I’ve called so many times having questions about a prescription to dropping off forms to be sign. I say if you are having doubts just try again!

Stay away. Massive over charges, bill padding for insurance, nasty office staff, insist on unnecessary office visits to refill prescriptions that could be done by phone etc., etc. Have gotten progressively worse over the years due to staff changes.

This Is one of the worst practice you can go to, Believe all the previous reviews and do not go to this practice. There Care, Response, billing END TO END everything is bad if not worse.here is the statement from the DOC "If you are in for a physical you are not support discuss any other issue or weakness you are feeling" this is what doc said to my wife and this is first time i heard such a statement . Avoid this pathetic practice.

Deserves no stars. My family have been patients there for over 15 years. About 4 years ago the place went downhill and fast. The provider staff is rude and nasty. One "practitioner" barely even looks at you and talk to you like you are dirt. The reception folks are ok but the nastiness of the providers is horrible. My wife stopped going a year or so ago because of this and I called it quits too. I honestly don't think anyone is truly in charge there. We used to love it there.

I was dismissed from the practice by my primary care provider (physician's assistant) for canceling/rescheduling too many times while I was going through one of the worst times of my life; navigating a controlling and dangerous relationship while raising an infant. FPCA Spring Ridge has been my primary care provider (as well as that of my parents) since I first moved to Frederick as a child, about 20 years ago. It's difficult not to feel hurt by this, but I'm trying to be understanding. Regardless, it's unacceptable that the female doctors, physician's assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, whomever, choose to take cancelations personally instead of being supportive of women who don't have the luxury of consistency. Trust me, I also wish I could be at every single appointment, without ever needing to cancel or reschedule.

This is one of the worst offices I have ever been to, if not the worst. The staff are rude, mean, and dismiss patient concerns. I had gone there multiple times for a recurring issue which they wrote off and ignored my concern. I sought advice from another medical professional who ran tests and referred me to a specialist who was able to diagnose me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Made an appointment needed new primary care changed insurance. I get there fill out half of the paper work in the mean time a lady with blonde hair I think she was office manager said you can’t be seen you made 3 appointments in 2020 and canceled which is not true I even have the papers to show what insurance company I was with in 2020 a insurance they don’t even take now I can totally understand why there are so many bad reviews and didn’t even reimburse me for my copay and she wouldn’t even let me say anything she left the receptionist area when I could of showed her what insurance and Dr I was seeing in 2020. She was extremely rude if I only had her name to contact her boss.

Emily at the Spring Ridge location is AMAZING. She continued to go above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. They are lucky to have her as one of their staff.

This place is THE WORST! Mean spirited b****** who won't help a special needs patient because she threw up last night! Literally won't even check her vitals or look at her. So if you actually need medical attention and not just drugs or a signature on a physical DONT GO HERE.

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER! They wont take my special needs sister because she threw up, so whats the point in this doctors office if they are afraid of germs and wont help people?
