Its appalling how they treat their long time paying customers. I had rented a storage shed for about 2.5 years and when i came to collect my belongings my things had been torn through by rats and destroyed. I had the insurance they offered me on the storage but of course it doesn’t protect you against rodents. I have spoke with several employees about at least replacing my mattress as that was the most important thing to me and was given the run around for weeks saying “management would call” . I would never recommend this place to anyone since they do not believe in pest control.

A poorly managed operation with no enforcement of equipment storage protocols. Repeated problems with other tenants parking equipment in my rented space with no help from management whatsoever.

Poor Service, allowed a current customer to dictate who they rent to. Seems like they did not like people of color at this facility. Tried to retaliate by contacting other storage facility related companies to create a false narrative.

What a rip off! Beware of your back end charges with this company. This particular storage facility will not prorate your last days of storage, and will charge you a full month of rental fees if not out by last day of month. I have NEVER had to pay extra for storage past a move out date. I’m a realtor and advising to read your contract as I was never advised the back end would not be prorated. Sneaky because it was in the fine print. Y’all know what working in ‘good faith’ means?

Beware.....the staff is very rude. Rules change monthly. Rent keeps going up. They will prorate your bill when you sign up but will not prorate your bill when you move out. Rented four years went from $99.00 to $150.00 in less than 4 years. Wish I would have bought a shed from the get go.

I'm a realtor and advising all to BEWARE of the fine print in your contract. This particular storage facility DOES NOT prorate your last month of storage.
