It was our first time in the home buying processes, and he walked us through each and every step. Alex was an amazing lender for my VA loan. My past experiences always had issues the closer to closing we got. Not with Alex. I was in constant communication with him, expecting for something to be a major issue at the last moment. No issue ever came (on my end at least).FFG also use an app for the loan process which is quick to set up and easy to use. Anything Alex needed, he would contact us by phone and/or email then direct us on where to complete the process on the app.Finally, he was able to estimate with pretty great accuracy what our closing costs, and monthly mortgage would be broken down by what we would put down vs what our mortgage rate would be.If Alex is still around when I go to purchase a home again, I plan on going through him.

FitzGerald Finacial Group is very lucky to have Dana Dudley. We've only worked with Dana Dudley on 2 homes (MD and PA) and will continue to only work with Dana Dudley. I cant comment on the company because I've not had too much direct interaction outside of Dana. However, the timeliness and responsiveness is exceptional especially with the underwriting department. The app is very user friendly and helpful keeping up with the status. I especially love the direct upload feature.If you are looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer, Dana Dudley is the right woman for the job. She will not let you down and is in the business for all the right reasons. She is responsive, prompt, tentative, detail oriented, patient, flexible, available, and cares for YOU as a client. Natalie could not possibly be more helpful. She guided us along throughout our refinancing process perfectly. Anytime we needed her or had any questions, she was impeccably responsive. Natalie pretty much took care of everything for us and she allowed the refinancing process to feel like a breeze! Natalie made it too easy! We couldn't be happier working with Natalie. Natalie Winter was so helpful to me when I refinanced my house, even though I lived in another state. She is good at her job, and she cares. She kept me informed. I know paperwork can be overwhelming and I am not good with technology, but she had patience and was willing to help..

Natalie is a true professional and she really knows the process and will explain it and be there for you throughout.
