I am very happy, firstly because I was able to close the house and also because the team that helped me was very attentive and provided me with very good service and I can also say that I can recommend them to people who want to close their house. Larry constantly updated me with the changing mortgage rates before I locked. He gave me every bit of information I asked for and did it quickly. He explained everything thoroughly. 10/10. Larry is a great guy

Lisa goes above and beyond! If you need a home loan you definitely need to ask for Larry Grimm, he was sooo helpful in the purchase of our first home. He was always a step ahead, made my husband and I feel like we were talking to an old friend. Helped us even on weekends only for us not to lose the chance to get our home, had the patience to explain us every step and even after the loan was approved, he would still ask us if we need any help. I can’t thank him enough!!!

MIKE BRADLEY at Presidential has been fantastic in helping us through 2 home purchases now in Maryland. Both times my wife and I could not have been happier with the service he provided. His communication is excellent - he contacts you directly (call or text), keeps you up to speed on the market, and truly goes out of his way to try and get you the best rate possible. Outside of that, Mike is a genuinely great guy and fantastic human being. Terry and the team at Presidential Bank Mortgage made the process smooth and easy. Missy was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to my questions. Terry was also kind enough to help find a lost key that was accidentally left at the settlement table and hand delivered it to us at home. We were very happy with the service and kindness of Terry and his team.
