This was my first time going into this store. For a couple of dollars--I opted to have an Ikea hike's furniture item delivered to this store...rather than pay a lot for shipping to my house. The staff was super friendly, helpful and really had the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I will definitely use this location now that I had such a pleasant and easy experience. I would definitely recommend them!

I recently had copies made here. The store manager helped me with getting the job set up and Ken worked on the copies. They unbound, copied, and rebound over a thousand pages with tabs for 4 study manuals. They did the job in a week which was awesome and the new manuals look just like the old.

I went to Pronto Press in Rockville to ship a document to a foreign country the day before and was treated like garbage and the service was horrible. I had to ask for a refund and came to this place for same thing. I was so impressed with the politeness , customer service and knowledgeable of the person who assisted me. I wish I took her name. This place is where I will do my business from this time on. Thank you so much!!

Went in to print copies of documents and staff members were very helpful. They even took time on a busy day to assist with international shipping questions where they could have said go online.

Najeeba went over and beyond to ensure that my prints came out AAA+ grade! I will be back specifically to this location as the store was welcoming, personable and professional. Although I'm complimenting Najeeba for her one one one assistance, the guys also made me have an enjoyable experience too!

I went in to print 3 pages in color for my son's science project. The person working there spent 45 minutes helping one person, so I decided to pay to get on a computer to print my items. BAD IDEA. The internet was so slow that after 30 minutes I could not access my files. They tried to charge me for the time on the computer and I still couldn't print. Then they tried to tell me they were closing and I needed to come back. Nope! I don't think so!

I came here at 6:01pm, a minute after they closed. My package had the label printed - just needed to drop it off. The staff insisted that they were closed and refused to help. I tried to let them know it was urgent and that I didn’t have a car. Nope. Very disappointed with their customer support.

Lost print orders overcharging, will not help if close to closing time. I walked in at 6pm, thinking they closed at 7pm which were the hours last year. There was one customer in there. The owner told me that he would not help me send an urgent fedex envelope and told me to drive to the West Patrick location. I am never going there again. As a business owner, they have lost print orders, overcharged me for orders, and overall provided poor service. I continued to support this business and give them chance after chance. I will now drive the extra 15 minutes up Route 15 traffic and give my business to the Patrick Street location.
