Oh, wow. I came in with a huge load of groceries like five minutes before closing. The one guy working was willing to take what I wanted to ship despite the size of the package and the fact that he was only a few minutes away from shutting down, and he was clearly exhausted, kind of ill, and somehow, *somehow*, still managed to be patient, understanding, and most importantly stuck to hygiene procedures despite it all. He put up with a lot for one shmuck's package sending a lot of groceries to somebody struggling to keep herself fed. Hasan is a bad a** of the post COVID era. He has my respect. And given how grateful I am and the person I'm sending food to while she's struggling to feed herself, I'm not stretching the truth right now.

Hasan is the man. I needed to scan 140+ page document to my thumb drive. After a failed attempt at the self serve machine, Hasan stepped in to assess the issue. He troubleshooted a few things, and offered a better solution to get the job done. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. I would gladly use this location again.

absolutely terrible customer service. The lady was the rudest lady I’ve ever met in my entire life (I am not exaggerating). I went to the desk and gave me attitude from the start. when I gave her my dress she said I did not have the necklace to go with it but never asked for it I handed it over to her as she sealed the bag. I told her that I gave her the wrong address to the wrong barcode and she claims she already sealed it when she could have easily opened it back up and closed it without a problem. I continue to show her that she put the wrong dress in the bag and she sighed loudly as it was not a huge deal because the bags were meant to be opened and closed. She insisted that I gave her the right dress. Absolutely rude overall.

Fitsum was instrumental in helping me to get my return shipment off today! The company I was returning the shipments to gave me the runaround (I even had to come up there 3 times!) but she was, patient, kind, and walked me through the process, eve when I was frustrated. She even saved me a trip to USPS by taking my Smartpost shipment for me (had no idea I could do that instead of having to make a trip to the Post Office). I'm so grateful for her. Come to this location and get great customer service like I got. Thank you Fitsum!

First time coming here but decided since it's usually empty to stop by to drop of a package really fast that already labeled and taped. Waited more than 10 minutes in line and for them to assist one person in front of me. Only had one employee working. Don't think I'll ever use again.
