I'm so sad it took me so long to come here! They have a truly incredible selection of houseplants, and a respectable outdoor plant selection during warm months also. They have all the supplies you need to keep your plants healthy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I actually use trips here as an incentive for myself, and I limit how often I come here because I want to buy everything. I really love this place!

I was shopping for a Flamingo Flower house plant and they had an excellent selection and it was on sale! They also have an excellent selection of house plants, tropical plants, cactus and succulents. Also outdoor plants, trees, bushes, vegetables, etc. Their staff are very pleasant and helpful. I've been buying plants and vegetables here for years and highly recommend!

I’ve been going to u all for decades, and I’ve never been disappointed. The first plant I gotten was a goldfish plant that my grandma got me an elementary school and I just got one today. I love you all. Keep up the good work, and may you be blessed and return

I love this nursery! They have good sales on plants from time to time. They also have a large assortment of gorgeous plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers! I have purchased rose bushes, Holly hocks, wave petunias, canna lilies, and mallow hibiscus!

Fantastic selection of houseplants/tropical plants. Tons of tree and shrub options, several of which are native. Huge selection of select vegetable plants as well. First time here and I literally ran through the aisles squealing with joy like a small child. Ran out of time to even look at their pots and non-plant inventory.

Today I witnessed abominable behavior on the part of a woman who came in for a sale item that was sold out. The manager was spoken to lower than a dog. For some citronella. That’s right. She ruined someone’s day for citronella. I hope she sees this when she logs in to post her bad review because people like that always do. ANYWAY, I have shopped here for years and years, mostly for house plants. Always healthy, always reasonably priced. And the staff is hard working and loyal. A worker today told me that they are treated like this all day, every day. SHAMEFUL. Come on, people. Support small business. And support each other.

I would have provided a zero rating if available. Called for an item a gentleman said was there and he stated there were many. Five minutes later, I arrive atDPF and the item requested was sold out. One staff laughed, as she thought it was funny in her apology of "I'm sorry". And, I surely didn't need further attempts to appease me with "I'll bring one from home". What? I'm there, I'm not returning. Seriously! Found what I was in search of elsewhere. Spent dollars where I was overly appreciated as a customer.

The staff of Dutch Plant Farm fully understand the science, art, and spiritual value of planting and growing. It's not about pretty lawns or curb appeal. Expect variety in your plant selection whether they are decorative or digestible.

If plant lovers had a Disneyworld, this would be it. There are so many new plant babies to choose from and they have a wide variety of trees/roses/topiaries to peruse.Their plants are always looking healthy and ready to grow. The ones that are on clearance are also still pretty good; don't sleep on those!The lemon drop pepper and ghost pepper plants I bought a few years ago turned into literal trees and produced fruit until midway through Nov. I felt so sad when the frost killed them because they were living life.Everything we've bought here has thrived and then some. If you're looking for starter plants all the way to persnickety plants, this is the place to visit.

I love this nursery! The Dutch Plant Farm has flowers you can't find anywhere else. They're a little more expensive but we'll worth the price. The service is excellent as well.

Lack of professionalism and integrity. The owner offered a job to someone who suffered a personal loss shortly after, then rescinded the job offer, lied about "having enough employees," and immediately messaged someone else to inquire about working there. Employees are not robots or chattel, but human beings. If someone close to you passed away, you'd grieve, too. Shame on the owner of this company.

Step into the showroom and leave your cares behind. Figuratively, it's like drinking a warm herbal tea. They have everything for the garden and many surprises. Sorry if I'm repeating but, Frederick would be a much poorer place without the Dutch plant farm.

I had gone to all the big box stores looking for terrarium size plants. At each store, they either had a very limited selection or the plants looked dead. Thankfully, Dutch Plant Farm has a whole section of harder to find varieties, all just the right size.
