4 stars because the tint/ceramic coating looks good, but my car was not detailed as I expected and (this is a 2 week old car) it was returned with a cracked screen cover on the center console (thank goodness I put one on!) and scratches on the rear driver seat. No one has been in the backseat of this car, so while I can’t say for certain Doctor Tint cause those, I’m absolutely certain they cracked me screen cover and never said a word. They also turned off sentry mode as soon as they got it OR deleted all the sentry footage. The damage is minor otherwise this review would be zero stars, however the fact that they didn’t say anything bothers me immensely and begs the question of being able to trust them with my car again.

Dr Tint and Details did a fantastic job with the ceramic tint on my 2006 Honda Element, specifically Kyle and Jimmy. 3 days after the job was completed I noted a small section of the sunroof which the tint didn't cover. I'm sure a less discerning person would have let it be, but I called in and explain the issue to them and they happily told me to bring it in and took the time to re-do it in 45 minutes at no charge
I HIGHLY recommend these guys, they've earned a customer for life.

I needed to remove the tint from the front windows and windshield for the Maryland inspection they did it in less than 20 minutes they are incredible thank you.

Did a great job, great communication, used to get all my tints by AMG, he had great prices but is currently unavailable. So needed a new unit shop, this one was great, a little pricey, $140 for 2 front windows, $150 for windshield, my other guy did the two front windows and windshield for $250 using carbon.

I recently got my first detail ever through them. It was lack luster to say the least. The entire lower half does not seem to be ceramic coated. Two days later both of my side cameras in my Tesla went out. I did not want to jump to conclusions, so I waited until the Tesla technician came to see what was wrong. He stated that the cameras had water in them which caused them to stop working. After reaching out to the detail company they stated that “they treat their cars like their own”, but was no help in rectifying the $185 out of pocket repair. I would think twice about getting your car detailed from this place unless you have money to fork over for unexpected repairs.

Great service. An issue came up with the tint I asked them to install. It was under warranty and they had no problem in redoing the tint. Great service.

I’ve been going to Doctor Tint and Details since it’s days on East Street (so a long time). I trust these guys with every car I’ve owned. This car has over 280K miles on it and is still riding pretty. Jimmy is so pleasant and has been one of Kevin and Jennifer’s best team additions. Can’t say enough good about the team and their service. From handwashing, detail packages to tint services. Sure, you can find cheaper, but remember- you get what you pay for!
