Ask the little teenage driver they have to prove which vehicle in your neighborhood is a residents vehicle and which is a visitors vehicle. ?
The teenager driver threatened to close the gates for another hour if I kept asking him how he verifies what vehicles belong in the neighborhood or not. We don't have assigned residents spots, and he made me wait an hour initially because he didn't like when I asked him if he had a registry of residents for my neighborhood.

Read the reviews first! Well it looks like I’ve fallen victim to the same situation as everyone else with regards to insurance and this company. I would not recommend this company. The arrival time kept getting pushed back past 2 hours. Called and no one answered. I’ve wasted almost 3 hrs of my night sitting and waiting for a company that never came. Now I have to waste $20 in Ubers to get back home. If this company comes up again when I need a tow I will cancel and request a different company. No thank you.

If someone gives you the opportunity to correct your mistake take the opportunity.
The consequences for not taking the opportunity to accept responsibility and accountability for your actions will be far greater.

Chris is the guy to go too. He is Very polite, on time and the best driver you could ever ask for.

We (Integrated Media Systems) had a company vehicle break down in MD and the service we received was wonderful. The tow truck driver helped our technician unload his tools & assisted in getting him to his scheduled appointment with a client. The woman who answered the phone was also very friendly, helpful and pleasant as well. We will definitely be saving their number for the future if needed.

Very nasty driver showed up 3 hrs before our appointment after calling me 10 min prior. This guy started cursing and being agressive and complaining that he doesn't have time before I told him to give me 1 minute to get there. BEWARE!!! NOT FUN TO DEAL WITH THIS TOWING COMPANY. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND PROFESSIONALISM

Never showed up. Never called. Never texted. Unprofessional. Lied to onstar and said that they picked up and dropped off my vehicle ,but they never did. Scam! Save yourself some time and Call a real towing company.Service: Car towing

Don't call them if you need them to actually show up. Waited over three hours for them. Called them multiple times. Mostly they don't answer but the one time they did I got a "oh he's ten minutes away." Well, that was false. Finally just called someone else but now one day shot because of car trouble has turned into two days shot because they wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and just call someone else.

This tow company hires agressive drivers. The guy pulled up and was about to tow, we tried pleading and he ended up arguing. He pulled a taser out on us and threatened to use it.I am very sure of what the events are . Don't worry ,one day your drivers will get what they deserve. Seeing that they think they can intimidate women! How dare you insult me by saying I watch too much TV. So much for your professionalism!!!

The absolute worse!!!! I went thru my insurance for roadside assistance and was assigned to this place. After calling several times to verify where my truck was I find out they dropped it at the wrong location. I left instructions for the driver to contact me only to be told by Jen “ We don’t do that “. After she screams at me telling me I’m not letting her talk she eventually hangs up on me.Completely unprofessional, very rude. My insurance was on the line and apologized for their behavior. Hopefully they will not use them again.Service: Car towing
