I went to Darcars Toyota Frederick a few times and worked with Mo each time. While I did not end up getting a car, Mo was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was honest about each car that I looked at and seemed to genuinely care that I was getting what car was best for me. If you are planning to go to Darcars Frederick to look for a used vehicles, make sure that you ask for Mo. You will get incredible customer service and you will have a great experience. We had about as painless an experience as you can hope for when purchasing a car. Mike, our salesman, was very relaxed, low-key, and low-pressure. Kelly, in the finance department, not only was very knowledgeable about her products and the industry, but she was also the sweetest, most considerate person I have ever met at a car dealership. I dread going to car dealerships but was, dare I say, a very pleasant experience. I will recommend DARCARS Toyota to everyone. Great Job!

Great location on Patrick St for fast same day service. Chris Naylor, the service manager is excellent. Very efficient and accurate estimates. Work is always done right the first time. Great used cars too. Bought several here and was never disappointed with a lemon or even a lime. Warranty packages are worth it if you drive a lot or are hard on your car. Tire prices are competitive. Service bays are located on 7-11 side of the building. You park in the lot on that side and go through the service door to the left of the garage doors. Service and the parts desk is right there. This location is set for a remodel by the end of summer 2023.

I scheduled for an oil service earlier in the afternoon 11/04/2022 with a Toyota Synthetic plan that is supposed to be honored at any Toyota dealership. I get to this dealer and they want to upcharge me even though on my card issued, it clearly states I have the full synthetic oil plan.If I could leave zero stars for such incompetence service I would.

Patrick and Jason were amazing! I was not an easy customer to say the least. First, I had to bring three young kids with me to car shop. Then, one spills tea all over their shop. Next, I changed my mind on the original car. At the end of the day, they found me the PERFECT car and were sooooo patient with me as I made my decision. Definitely not typical car salesmen who harass you. They kept the lines of communication open without bothering me one bit. Just tell them what you want and they will help you find it!!

I just wanted to say this is like my fourth vehicle from there and I've always had a wonderful experience. Everyone there is very helpful and always looks out for what is in my best interest. But I wanted to give Jason Vaughn and Maxwell many props for helping me select the right vehicle this week. As I had to get a new vehicle unexpectedly. I would highly recommend this place and their service is excellent!!!!!

I had a great experience at DARCARS Used Car. I had not purchased a car in several years and my previous experience buying a car was significantly different from my recent experience at DARCARS. Patrick S. is the most chill car sales man I've ever encountered. I'd already researched the cars that I was interested in. I asked Patrick if they were in stock. The cars I wanted were not originally on the lot at the time I came by, but he found them and brought them to the lot for a test drive. He was knowledgable and courteous. And he was there every step of the way during my car buying experience. I never felt pressured or haggled and I appreciate that. I got the car I wanted from DARCARS, but the great experience in buying a car was all due to Patrick. I love my new RAV4 Adventure! Thank you. Sincerely. T Evans.

I bought a car here and had a GREAT experience. Patrick worked with me. He was very understanding and listened to my needs. He didn't pressure me for one second and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. His manager was also very easy and enjoyably to work with.The financing part, which is usually a long drawn out process, went very smoothly and quickly. The entire process from walking around the lot, to test driving, to filing all the paperwork and getting the keys, only took 2 hours! They also offer great packages with valuable incentives to replace tires, receive low price oil changes, have thorough cleanings every year, and many other options. I can't recommend this dealership enough, especially Patrick as a stress free salesman!

This was a great experience with the service department was outstanding. I took my 2013 Toyota Camry SE. After the service agent told me what my car needed it was just an oil change and tire rotation. But he assisted me by explaining some safety issues that needed to be done. He was great on how he handle me. Love the service and how my car drove afterwards.
