My wife and I worked with Daniel through the entire car searching process. He was very knowledgeable about the Toyota cars and took his time with us. He was there to help us and not sell us a car unlike other car dealerships. He kept us updated where our car was in the manufacturing and delivery process. We ended up getting a very fair and reasonable price for our vehicle. Daniel even spent 90 mins with us working through our tech issues!

Bought a new car from here November of 2022 and was not given a spare key due to the shortage. When I finally got the notice to make an appointment to get my spare key, I couldn’t get in for an appointment for another two months. They also did not put on my tags for me at the dealership. I had to purchase my own kit online. Overall a terrible place to buy a car, make appointments, and get in contact with. I recommend going to the Westminster dealership if you are looking to purchase a Toyota.

The staff here was incredibly kind and helpful. Mike, the young stud that he is, helped assist my car purchase journey the whole way. I could tell he is an honest/experienced salesman. Kelly then helped with the billing and all that jazz. Kelly is so kind and sweet, she answered every question I had. Mike and Kelly, you make a great team, you rock! Daniel was absolutely wonderful to work with! Everything we were looking for in an expert to help us find that family car with all of the requests and requirements we had. He was friendly, knowledgable, patient, went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted in such a tough environment to buy a car (esp a 2024!). We are so grateful we now have our dream car for years to come and will be back!

From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership we were greeted and taken care of. We spoke with Ernie Kunz the sales dealership and told him what we were looking for. They did not have the exact car we were looking for and he wasted no time checking other dealerships to see if they were able to locate it at another lot. While we waited to hear back from the other dealers my husband and I decided to look around the lot. Ernie did not hound or hassle us or make us feel any pressure to purchase something we were left to look freely. We came across a Toyota Corolla which is not what we originally came for but after test driving it realized it was the perfect car for us. We decided to ask about it but also notice a dent in the bottom part of the bumper. Ernie let us know that they would have that fixed if we decided to get the car. We than decided to speak with the finance department to work some numbers. We sat with Javi who was very knowledgeable and gave great advice that helped us decide which warranty we wanted and worked with us to get our payments down to what we were able to afford. We drove off the lot with our new car very excited and more than satisfied with the treatment we were given and continue to get with this group of employees. Toyota stayed true to their word and had the bumper fixed while giving us a rental while we waited for the repair to be complete. I would recommend you check them out if you are looking for a new car. We felt no pressure at anytime to buy and felt very happy with the car we did decide to purchase! Thank you to the whole Toyota crew that worked with us! Keep up the good work!!

I made an appointment to have my oil changed,tires rotated and a car wash, for which I have payed extra for. The appointment was three weeks later. Not a problem.I arrived for my 10:30am appointment at 10:15am. I THOUGHT this should only take about 4 hours tops. NO I was informed my car would not be ready untill 5pm.I will be late for work, and I will be in a lot of traffic just trying to get there. This service has cost me more, money in having. This is the second time I have had work done at this dealership and I am not happy.

I had an AMAZING experience here. I had two awesome young people named Alex and Kelly to take care of me from the time I arrived until the time I was ready to pull off the lot. I am a senior in age, and they were so well mannered; patient and kind to me; and kept checking on me to see if I was thirsty or needed a snack. I told them I was fine. This was the best and smoothest car buying experience I ever had in my car years as a car owner.

Absolute awesome experience with DARCARS Toyota of Frederick! Not only are all the staff extremely friendly and helpful, but they were eager to help with every question you had! Definitely ask for the Sales Consultant Moe Makadji, dude is one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever interacted with and it was an absolute pleasure of an experience dealing with him!

Mike Chang and Kelly Shields took great care of us at Dar Cars Frederick! Mike really wanted us to get a car! He was quick to respond when he saw we had interest in a car at their site and set up an appointment quickly. Kelly was very, very nice and patient. She took care to make sure she got everything correct so we wouldn’t waste time with do-overs. Check them out!

Stopped in to order a new car. Two salesmen tell me that they can't let me order a car. They only sell what is allocated from Toyota. I ask if they can tell me what their fees are. I was told that every vehicle has a market adjustment. I asked what that is and was told it depends on the vehicle. They then wanted my information. I said "no thank you". They asked why? I said because this dealership is now off my list. I don't deal with crooks. No need to pay over retail anymore. Buyer beware of this stealership Go somewhere that doesn't charge over retail. At retail, they are already making a killing on the consumer. Greedy dealership. Did you see the response to my review? Not only are you greedy, you're liars, too. Your two employees said "We charge a market adjustment on ALL vehicles and how much depends on their popularity". I can't even trust what you say! So sad. I wish I could give you zero stars for lying.

I had my routine 5K service done at Dacars this afternoon. I must thank John Hallman for his exceptional customer service skills. He took his time to explain on the service that was going to be performed on the car I appreciate his honest attitude and the way he connects with his customers. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go see him on their next service visits.

This review is more on the side of working there.First off, when going through the hiring process they explain the hours being long, however they leave out you need to work the last day of the month (regardless if it's your day off or not) all day, 9am-9pm. Second, communication between management is none existent. The lack of actual sales floor training is appalling. I went to a 1 and 1/2 week training of how to manage the online system, beyond that I was told my first 8 cars I would be assisted and received no type of help in reality. Third, when turning in my 2 week notice, I was called into the office and told "They were accepting my resignation today". Which it was not for two weeks. And was not provided a termination letter. I was told it's company policy not to give one.This place is for fresh out of school kids and people with no family.

Terrible service from Jim Collins. Didn't show any courtesy or support in addressing my main concern but rather interested in ripping me off with unnecessary recommendations which are priced ridiculously high. This service person didn't care he had kept me here for hours, didn't care I was standing infront of him whilst he made other calls and attended to other things. Seemed very irritated with the honest questions I had. If you're thinking of receiving great service with a fair price, AVOID this place at all costs! Just an awful experience all round.

I just purchased my third vehicle from this dealership and as always, it was a very pleasant, non-stressful experience. Daniel Malcolm was incredibly helpful as I had a challenging car to trade. Daniel was very attentive, kept us informed through the whole process, and explained things thoroughly. He also has a great sense of humor which is always a plus when dealing with a lengthy process such as buying a car. I definitely recommend him!The service department at Darcars has an excellent range of hours and the service advisors are always professional. The facility is nice too.

The staff were all very helpful and professional. Havi was an excellent salesman. I was able to purchase the exact vehicle I wanted in an efficient amount of time. Though interest rates are bad everywhere right now, Toyota helped me come to a reasonable payment with a great warranty.
