We just bought a RAV4 prime and we truly blessed to have worked with Will, Kelly and Eric. They put together an amazing deal for my family we are so happy. Moe Makadji was AMAZING! He did such a great job showing me all my options and explaining all the details. He diligently found cars that were safe, reliable, in my budget, in good shape, and automatically CarFax checked them for me to save me time. He allowed me to voice all my concerns and had a vast knowledge of the cars while I test drove them. The entire dealership was friendly and helpful. After visiting multiple dealerships where they tried pushing vehicles or telling me I wasn’t qualified, Moe changed the experience me completely. I really appreciate him and his team. Special shout out to Diego Angel in financing, he worked to find me the best rate and was so great to work with. Highly recommend this place, specifically Moe and Diego.

I can't write a positive review. Be sure to fully inspect whatever used vehicle you buy from them and ask if the scheduled maintenance has been done. I flew in out of state to purchase a used Lexus NX 300. I then drove 700 miles home, and right away spent $1,400 to repair the trunk liftgate that wouldn't go up or down. My fault for not doing a full inspection. I think someone there already knew about it and didn't tell me because the power liftgate feature had been disabled in vehicle settings. However, I also had to spend another $600 on regular scheduled maintenance that wasn't done on time either. Someone definitely knew about that. Again, my fault I guess for not asking. There was an issue getting my vehicle title sent to me as well, and a wasted trip to the DMV as a result. But, the salesperson was nice, no fault there. I thought I got a good deal, until I spent the additional $2,000 on stuff they should have known about and told me about. I'm really wanting to believe they didn't know...who knows. Also, I spent $1000 on vehicle insurance apparently that was hidden in the pricing, that was direct profit to them since it only really covered engine and transmission for an extremely short time. The finance guy doing the paperwork never told me. The car was also titled first to Avis rental cars apparently. I was told it was a one owner car. Anyway...the saleperson was nice. If you want a nice salesperson, I recommend Darcars of Frederick.

I’m absolutely in love with my new car! I initially just went in to browse, thinking I’d already found the car I wanted at another dealership. But then I met Ransom! He showed my family and me around, and I found the EXACT car I’d been dreaming of for college. Ransom took incredible care of us, treating us like family. I wouldn’t trade him for any other dealer and will definitely be back in the future!

The appraiser was very rude, wasn’t willing to negotiate my beautiful Camaro, insinuated I was embarrassing myself, and wouldn’t negotiate from 15k to 18k. I drove from a hour away and they couldn’t even show me a different vehicle where I could’ve probably afforded a different priced vehicle with the negative equity, no, they rather say I’m embarrassing myself and no deal over 3k. I don’t do reviews but this was atrocious.

We had a great experience at Darcars Toyota in Frederick. We worked with Mo to buy our car, and he was awesome. We looked at cars with him on two occasions, about a month apart, and he was patient, informative, and communicative! Ultimately he helped us find the perfect car. We’d definitely recommend working with Mo to anyone in the market!
