Hello people, that place is not a good place to get a car. If you are desperate, you better get a brand new car. They lie, and do not purchase the free oil change package. It is not true. If you get a used car but be prepared to start having problems with the car within the first year and they will not help you. The sales team is not honest, they will be nice to you and get you a car quickly but be AWARE. If you read this and still decide to get a car there, all I can say is that I tried to warn you. BE AWARE of DARCARS. Big red glad !!!

This review is more on the side of working there. First off, when going through the hiring process they explain the hours being long, however they leave out you need to work the last day of the month (regardless if it's your day off or not) all day, 9am-9pm. Second, communication between management is none existent. The lack of actual sales floor training is appalling. I went to a 1 and 1/2 week training of how to manage the online system, beyond that I was told my first 8 cars I would be assisted and received no type of help in reality. Third, when turning in my 2 week notice, I was called into the office and told "They were accepting my resignation today". Which it was not for two weeks. And was not provided a termination letter. I was told it's company policy not to give one. This place is for fresh out of school kids and people with no family.

Terrible service from Jim Collins. Didn't show any courtesy or support in addressing my main concern but rather interested in ripping me off with unnecessary recommendations which are priced ridiculously high. This service person didn't care he had kept me here for hours, didn't care I was standing infront of him whilst he made other calls and attended to other things. Seemed very irritated with the honest questions I had. If you're thinking of receiving great service with a fair price, AVOID this place at all costs! Just an awful experience all round.

They're very busy and they act accordingly. It's a smooth process for the most part, but they charge you through the nose, appointments can take forever to get, and if you have any kind of issue, there's the unspoken but very clear sense that you can shove it in a sack and take your business elsewhere. They'd like you to believe that no one can do a better job than they can, but I switched mechanics and haven't looked back. Save your time and your money!

I did not get an apology from anyone at DARCARS via email or in person. In fact, the only conversation at the parts counter was giving my last name and what parts were ordered. Please confirm how you came to this conclusion?

Had a great experience with Daniel. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I purchased my daughters car from him last year and came in to see Daniel when I needed a vehicle for myself. Highly recommend ask for Daniel!

I' been doing my car's service in this place for several months. They were good with me checking on my car, but today, they were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and discriminated me. I don't know if it's because I'm not white, or because I don't spend all the money they want me to spend. I'm very dessapointed with darcar toyota service, this is the second place I tried, and this is the second time happens something like this. Making fun if costumers aren't the best way to build a business.

***Consumers Beware***. I spent a few hours with Ernie hoping to find a car I wanted. however, they did not have much on the lot, so he showed the printout of one from another Darcar dealership with the total price (window sticker) of $32932. I asked him if that was the total price-- Ernie confirmed that was the total price (without taxes and fees)-- He gave me the printout of the vehicle and I left for the evening. The next day Ernie sent me a text with a price of $36430--which included tax, 500$ fee, $997 non-tax fee, minus 2000k for my trade in,--and an ***ADJUSTED MARKED VALUE OF $1995 ADDED TO THE TOTAL PRICE***. Ernie was very dishonest with me. I will be taking my business elsewhere--and hopefully a few folks who read this will as well.

Donnie was great, right amount of follow up. My kid was sick and he was respectful of the situation and even though the car sold after I left, still a good honest sales person and respect that.

My car's transmission died in a most spectacular way. My mechanic being the honest trust worthy guy he is (Dynamic Urbana) basically told me not to waste any more money on the car. That I a Toyota would suit my needs. I have been a die hard Ford fan until now. So the hunt for a reliable and somewhat roomy car started. We immediately went to Darcars. As they are local and somewhat highly rated dealer. We like to support local businesses (yes they may be a chain, but get my drift) We met Shaun Terry. A friendly guy who did not pressure us in the last. He was laid back and easy going. Tested a used Rav 4 Hybrid limited. Fell in love with the car. Not the price nor the extra gizmos that I probably didn't really need. Asked for info on the new cars.... Damn two to three months! Not good news. So with stupid bravado I said I'd look around elsewhere. Mistake I made, also one of the few mistakes of Darcars. If they had steered me towards their used selection. I would have saved a lot of time, and have not had to come back with my tail between my legs. (Not that tail!) A used car that was perfect for me was sitting in the lot. So two days later I came back. And had to have it. Shaun Terry was again a breeze to work with, he didn't put on the pressure. He answered all my questions, assured me that I wasn't going to hell for buying anything other than American. I guess if my car starts playing up I might edit this review. As I'll be dealing with their maintenance team. But for sales. I do admire them. Well Shaun in particular. Just maybe ding a persons dream and mention used cars?

Ordered a replacement gear shift knob after I damaged the installed one. The replacement part fit my Toyota Venza XLE 2021 perfectly. The shipping was very quick after order was placed. Appreciate it. Thank you!
