I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Enoch. From the moment I entered the store, i didn’t get an acknowledgment from any staff members. Then Enoch came behind me and greeted me with warm smile and genuine eagerness to assist me. He patiently answered all my questions. I told him I love the flowers next to the register and he explained they were 50% off. What stood out the most was his attention to detail. Not only did he help me find what I was looking for, but they also took the time to ensure understood how to take care of the flowers effectively. I’ve never received this level of customer service before from a retailer that doesn't specialize in a certain product. Their professionalism and knowledge instilled confidence in my purchase decision. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Enoch.

If you have a pet please do not get their medications here. This CVS is not pet friendly when it comes to pet medication that are authorized by a doctor, even called if it’s called in. They lied about not being able to even if they did it prior. It’s really sad please stay away!!!!

The pharmacy needs more staff- always encountering “the pharmacist is too busy to talk to you, they are giving flu shots”, long wait times- just was told expedited prescriptions are waiting an hour.

Completely awful service. My grandmother requested 6 weeks worth of medication for her trip to Europe. They said it was fine a week ago. Today, however, they suddenly claim that she needs to call her doctor and reconfirm it, saying that she never spoke to the pharmacist (despite her remembering his face) and that they don’t have it ready.This is not the first time we’ve had issues, for over a year they’re had horrifically long wait times and it’s been a pain to get her prescriptions from them. Worst pharmacy in Frederick!!

Terrible. If you want your life saving medicine to be late or want to sit on hold for an hour, then this is the place to go. When I’m on my way to the hospital I’ll make sure they know exactly why I couldn’t take my medicine.

The head pharmacist who refuses to use her proper name is notorious in Frederick MD. She once through prescription drugs at a co-worker of mine and now she has placed a FALSE DOCTOR"S NOTE in my cvs file saying I'm addicted to a non-addictive but life saving inhaler... she regularly hangs up on people... she needs psychological help! One day this woman, who is clearly a malignant narcissist, is going to kill someone. Mark my words. CVS will become criminally negligent and have to pay a massive lawsuit.

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Late prescriptions, no customer service, terrible communication. They will tell you your prescription is ready in ten minutes before making you wait 40. If you can go anywhere else for prescriptions, do it or you wil regret it.

I have called twice in the past couple of days to see if my prescription was ready and both times the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I asked when she through it would be ready and she just said “maybe in the afternoon”.

Not once has anyone ever answered the phone the million times that I have called. Pharmacist must have some kind of bug up her ass when you are in there.It takes effort to be rude. Smiling uses so many less muscles than frowning.

The pharmacist at this location is so shamefully rude I can only conclude that she despises herself as well as her job. Every time I or my husband have a question or glitch concerning a prescription, she interjects comments into our exchanges with the pharmacy technician that are abrupt at best, nasty at worst. She has managed to make errors with things that are so simple I didn't think errors were possible. She also wears her mask down around her chin, like that's going to protect anyone while she prepares their medications. The pharmacy techs are constantly changing at this store. Maybe the horrid demeanor of the pharmacist keeps driving them away. After my experience today, during which she barked "that's not a line" after telling me to switch lines, I will never return here again. This poor woman needs every kind of training. Maybe they can give her a job at a pharmacy in hell.
