Great gym, but needs wifi. Probably the only gym on a military post that doesn't offer wifi. Wouldn't be a problem if the cardio was not like a Faraday cage.

It's alright. The equipment is mediocre and seems to be rarely cleaned. Staff is alright for the most part but can be a bit rude if you're interrupting their "getting ready to leave" time

The gym is well taken care of and usually not very busy outside of the PT hours. I recommend coming here if you have access and do not want to pay for a gym outside of the military base.

Would have been nice to know the 24/7 scanner was broke before I woke up a 0345 am, I checked several different website and Facebook and all I got was three different times the place opens ?♀️

Great great gym. Everything's clean and the machines are in good condition. A lot of variety for any kind of workout. Cardio, strength, CrossFit, sports, swimming, aerobics, etc etc. The only real downside is that the weight lifting machine and cardio areas are too small and can get crowded very quickly during the day as that's where most people flock to. I'd like to see those rooms expand at some point. Also, it would be nice if wifi was made available. The network service is honestly horrible and can make or break a good workout. Lastly, I'd like to see more boxing equipment. Just me personally. Other than that, great facility for anyone.

Amazing gym. Has everything you need for an amazing workout. Plus a deadlift platform, and CrossFit equipment.

Never busy when I go in the mornings or afternoons. I really enjoy working out here. Staff are very friendly.

It's very accessible,if you live on post. It has everything you need. It's clean. People stare more than at a regular gym. I'm only slightly embarrassed to admit I enjoyed "buns and guts" class?They have an employee there that constantly engages gym goers with side conversations. If you ignore him he does become aggressive. I reported the incident to Fort Detrick PMO and the aggression escalated to physical assault. staff was generally unhelpful with dealing with the situation.

Small gym but packs a lot amenities that are hard to beat within the area. Some staff members could work on their "customer service" skills. Ms. Teresa and Donald are excellent and extremely helpful.

This gym is not a bad gym. Most of the people that frequent it are nice, friendly, and act appropriately. Surprisingly it's the staff that is the problem with this place.

The most widely use facility on Fort Detrick Maryland clean organized well-managed outstanding service and is the most used by veterans benefits. Please extend the hours of operation good health starts at the gym.
