This pharmacy is a wreck. They never have my medication in stock & I never know until I run out only to find it’s back ordered & they don’t know when they will have it again. No phone call, no voicemail, no nothing - I understand back orders & inventory issues but I can’t understand poor customer service

I've used many pharmacy's before. It's common sense that pharmacy's are busy, most times understaffed and over worked. Yes, there have been lines at times when I pick my medicine up and sometimes no line, it's a pharmacy so I know to expect one or the other. I've never waited too terribly long and the staff is always friendly and on point. Seems like the other complaints on here are from people expecting no line and immediate service, good luck trying to find that with a pharmacy! Costco pharmacy is the best I've experienced hands down.

Been a member since 2007. Had an issue with a tire a bought last year. I just hit 7000 miles and they said because I hadn’t rotated the tires the warranty was voided. Three different employees, 3 different answers.
I’ve bought several sets of tires and never I repeat never had an issue. As it stands I’m out $300+. Waiting for the manager to return my call since the last employee didn’t want to get in the middle of it.
So much for executive membership and warranty

You can get anything you need at Costco. They have excellent sales staff working in just about every department. Their produce is fresh and I have never had a problem with any of their meats or bakery items. I would recommend Costco for all of your shopping needs. Now, if I could just get them to build one in Hagerstown, MD, it would make me VERY happy! I wouldn’t have to drive on the darn Interstate to get to one.

They’re well intended, but it seems a rare occasion that my meds are ready or even have arrived in a shipment when I come to pick my stuff up. So a one time trip (or what should be) often entails waiting or returning later.I will say that Aaron, pharmacy manager, is friendly and listens to my concerns when I have a question

If I could give this pharmacy any less stars I would. What an absolute S show this place is. Always massive lines, meds never ready, workers who don't know what they are doing. Run! Pick another pharmacy I promise you won't regret it.

What a mess.... I agree with Marie... zero stars if that was a choice...rarely have medications onsite... apathetic staff... long waits... just awful...Most of the 5 stars are obviously bogus.... find somewhere else it ain't worth the trouble... sux

THE ABSOLUTE WORST APPLIANCE DELIVERY AND INSTALL EXPERIENCE. They hire a TERRIBLE 3rd party installer. Who has canceled 3 times. The systems don’t talk to each other so they do not know what appliances they’re suppose to be installing and what they are suppose to haul away. All our appliances were purchased with Haul away and Installation. Only the fridge and stove were installed and hauled away. The microwave and dishwasher sat in my kitchen and they refused to haul away the existing pieces. After 5 phone calls with Costco customer service. Because the installer on the dishwasher canceled (3 times). They had no data to say they needed to install my microwave, they have no notes to install. I have had to initiate all the appliances contact for Costco. It has been TERRIBLE I do not recommend or trust Costco delivery.
