I am beyond pleased with the quality of service provided by James. I am super picky about my nails and talked to quite a few ladies in the community about their nail salon experience before choosing Classy Nails in 2023. James is a professional and takes pride in his work. I haven't used brow services but ladies patiently wait for an appointment with Kim and her brow work looks top tier also. One lady told me that she drives from Gettysburg for her nail appointments with Jack! So everyone at this nail salon has a loyal customer base. I have been going to Classy Nails since I moved to Frederick almost 3 years ago. I have always had a great experience when I’ve gone to get my nails, pedicure and eyebrows done. Kim, James & Jack are all wonderful people. Very attentive, nice and professional. I always leave happy after getting pampered here. They have always been so accommodating with giving me an appointment last minute every time I have called. This was the first place I went to since moving to Frederick and I will keep going back. Thank you all three of you for all your hard work and dedication. A loyal customer here. Alex ?

I have been going to Classy Nails every three weeks for manicures and pedicures for the past four years. Kim, James & Jack are meticulous in their nail services & customer service. They go the extra mile to respect and value all their customers. Highly recommend!!

Sorry @Nailah you had to go through that, i've been here as well and i’ll agree these people who work here don't care about their clients. Don't ever come to this business. I’ll make it aware to our community too because a person should not go through that.

today I went in and got my pedicure and eyebrows waxed. the lady who waxed my eyebrows made one side bald then rushed todo them. i tell them i wont pay for the eyebrow service due to not being happy with half my corner gone. the man gets aggressive and mad at me for saying im wrong and need to pay then declines to continue to fix my toes he messed up on. i spent an hour of two men and a women being aggressive arguing with me “unprofessional”. the lady came up to me and took a cotton ball and grabbed my feet to try to take the polish off then i pushed her off me. 2 mins later the other man that works there does the same thing and try to touch me. i was physically harassed and discriminated and locked in this salon and they did surround me the whole time yelling at me and kept targeting me and being unprofessional. i start to tear up and the lady that works her copies me “oh your crying” being rude i was shaking & in frustration to why a sweet girl like me deserve this service and i was calm through this all. the cop shows up & does nothing. the cop told me i could be charged for theft if the salon manager wanted to take it that far. i told the cop i want something done. & the cop told me i cant really do anything because i declined to pay for a service they messed up on. even though i said ill pay for the toes and i received terrible customer service. please dont come here no one deserves discrimination, unprofessional & physically harassed if you done nothing wrong but been calm and professional. rate this 0/10 save your money from here!!

I left and moved to Baltimore then moved back and came back to classy nails. James takes his time and makes sure you're satisfied. They are great even flex with there time to make their customers happy. They are really nice and sweet.

I got a gift card here for the holidays. I would have much preferred one of the other salons in the area but I'm thankful for the gift. The older lady who did my manicure pedicure was very nice and gentle but for my first time I was not impressed at all with the prices for the service, the atmosphere which was not what I expected, nor the polish selection. There is no reason why there should be a basketball game on in a nail salon, nor was I thrilled with the fact the young guy stood in the middle of the floor yelling at/ talking to another employee in his language using obscenities. How do I know? They are English curse words... I grew up in Philly with plenty of Cambodian, Phillipino, and Vietnamese friends ?... Would I recommend? Absolutely NOT! The place could also use a remodeling...
