I had a great experience working with Loretta and Erica. They were honest, which I appreciate, and very welcoming while I was at the office all day while my hitch was installed, trade in occurred and the orientation and pick up of the new camper happened. Trade in was fair and we love our new camper. The service department (Oliver) did an excellent job installing my fifth wheel hitch and was extremely thorough in showing me all the ins and outs of hooking up the camper and demonstrating all the exterior components of the camper. Finance was quick and painless. I am extremely happy with everything and everyone that I dealt with at Chesaco Frederick. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the following. During my demo of the interior of the new unit it was noted that one of the tires was not displaying tire pressure through the tire pressure sensor system. Erica stated that all we had to do is re-pair the sensor (no big deal). We continued the demo and we both forgot about addressing it. When I got home with the new camper I was going over everything and noticed that the valve stem cap (which is a BMPRO cap doubles as the tire pressure sensor) was missing on the tire that wasn’t displaying in the command center. I reached out to Loretta and was quickly comforted that the BMPRO cap would be mailed. A week later I reached out again and was told it would be mailed that day (had forgotten, which is understandable, no big deal). Two weeks later I reached back out and was told it was mailed but they would mail another to be safe. Now, a month after the purchase of the camper I still have not received the valve stem cap(s) and decided to purchase them on my own ($130 for two was the only option). I’m sure it is a circumstantial issue but it just doesn’t leave a great impression. I would just say, make sure everything is good before you leave. (Unless you live close to Frederick, then you could just easily pop by, which just isn’t an option for me). With that said, I would still highly recommend purchasing your camper at Chesaco Frederick. They really do have wonderful staff and in our case a great deal on campers.

Can’t say enough about my experience at Chesaco in Frederick. If I, could I would give them 6 stars. I felt very at ease and didn’t feal pressure in buying like most dealerships in the area. I drive a Jeep Gladiator and I am very limited on what I can tow. The Sales team (Erica) actually listen to what a wanted and found me the perfect camper that fit my needs. I felt she actually cared and put extra effort in making sure I was satisfied and not just another sale. Thank you, Lorretta and Dina for making my financing a breeze. You both were kind, professional and I felt I got the best deal I could. Over all I would highly recommend Chescao to anyone who is looking to buy. You will have the best experience with a top-notch staff and will feel satisfied you came.

First time RV buyer and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming! Special shout out to Loretta, Erica, and Dina, though, for making the buying process as painless as it can possibly be. My wife and I left feeling like we got a phenomenal deal in a time when everything is so expensive and interest rates are the highest they’ve been in years. Also would like to recognize Sam and Oliver on the service side of things for quickly scheduling and installing an add on we selected at the time of purchase.Would recommend anyone looking for an RV to start with Chesaco in Frederick MD! Thank you again to all!

It's a great pleasure to have bought our new 2024 Jay Feather Travel Trailer from Chesaco Rv in Frederick, The staff was friendly, made us feel comfortable, and it's always nice to deal with staff that works hard on your behalf. Loretta, Erica helped us and put my color balloon on the awning when we came back the next day, its ours and we're so happy that we met them and now we are excited to travel.

The a/c on our new rv didn't work, so they replaced it. Now the furnace doesn't work. They tack on $1500 to pay for prep and reviewing the camper with us, however the shop apparently didn't check the a/c or the furnace. There are many features that were not reviewed with us. Also service told us that we need to beat the hitch with a hammer to release it. Jayco told us we should not have to do that and it could void the warranty. We are using a different dealer now for our warranty repairs.

Horrible. They wanted to refuse a return of a Blue Ox weight distribution system (($700.65) that never got installed and their own employee opened the box on. They ended up keeping $82.52 of my money after they told me I had 30 days to return as long as it didn’t get installed. You can’t do customers that way and expect a good review. You earned this one!

So I bought my RV/Travel Trailer from Chesaco RV (Frederick) and have gone back there for all my service needs. While on a trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, I ended up not having pressure in my bathroom sink. So after I got back on that Saturday I waited till Wednesday to call the Parts and Service Dept to make an appointment for service. I spoke with Samantha who makes all my appointments and orders specialty items for me. She immediately told me after finding out I was planning to go out again the following week on Friday, to bring my RV in on Monday so the techs could have it fixed before my trip. When I got there I spoke to her and Oliver (her husband) who runs the Service area. He asked when I needed it back and I told him I planned on going out that Friday. I couldn't believe it, but the very next day (Tuesday), Oliver called my back and told me he was done and my problem was fixed. I can't explain just how much I appreciate Samantha, Oliver and the entire team there at Chesaco RV. The help and professionalism from Samantha and Oliver when it comes to parts and service is unmatched! As long as I live in the area, they have my business...

Just purchased our first RV from this place. It was first and foremost an integrity driven experience unlike many of the other places we visited in a 50-/+ radius. Ms. Erica (our sales associate) was very knowledgeable and what she didn’t know, she was sure to find out quickly and answer for us. She took her time, took notes, and showed us many options and actually listened to our budget needs and amenity wishes. Truly a good customer service experience.Closing (in as much as it can be on big ticket items) was great. All options were explained. All pros and cons of things were explained and not immediately or unnecessarily added in the high pressure sales tactic way. We did a walk-thru and got a tutorial on how everything works as well as literature, and online resources and QR codes to field any questions we would undoubtedly need before we left.As for the product. The RV itself is tidy, clean smelling and swell maintained on their lot. It’s sturdy and it’s clear this brand it paramount to many of the industry standards. All the RVs are actually. In one place we’d visited for example, no care was paid to maintaining the interior of the RVs. Spilled/ exploded sodas in some fridges, sawdust and debris strewn about lazily at the competition’s lots. When you go to Chesaco, it’s clear that they care about not only the customers but your future products as well.Do not be dissuaded by the chipped paint on the well over a century old antique farm house office building because what’s in there is nothing but one of the best personal buying experiences you can have in todays modern world.10/10 would buy from there again.

These guys were great. JC was wonderful. Dina was wonderful too. There were a couple hiccups (our fault) we had sell our old camper first before buying the new one and we hadn't sold it yet and we weren't committed to buying. But we sold it with a couple days to spare and it all worked out great we love our Geo pro ?

Bought a used RV. Salesman was friendly enough. I'm only giving 3 stars because we had decided on a trailer that we thought would work with my mid sized trunk. I was also working with another RV dealer on finding a used Rv. I told him that I had found a trailer. He asked me what kind it was, so I gave him that information. He told me he would not have sold me that trailer due to the tongue weight was to much for my truck. I thanked him for the information. I then called the salesman and asked him about that. We had been focused on the dry weight on the trailer, and the tongue weight was not discussed. That's a very important safety issue. We decided to go with our second choice on a trailer they had. When I came to pick up the camper and do the walk thru, I was told that the previous owners didn't leave any owners' manuals. However, when I had the trailer at home, I found all the manuals in the cabinet. I was told by the salesman that they check everything out when they get trader ins. I question how thoroughly they actually go through the trailers. The anti sway bar and hitch they installed were very good. Felt the cost was a little high. However, I could have bought a different one.

We purchased our new RV with Chesaco and had a excellent experience. We were not sure what we wanted and Erica our sales person was patient and showed us different trailers until we found the one. She was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. We received fair trade value for our old camper. Everyone from parts to finance were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Frederick Chesaco for anyone looking to purchase an RV

My Wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing from Chesaco RV. JC is a fantastic salesman! He was able to find us the perfect deal and camper for us! He answered any and all questions we had and was a subject matter expert on just about anything to do with RVs and Travel Trailers. In fact the entire Chesaco Team was a huge help from our salesman JC to financing with Mr. Jordan and everyone else that helped us with this smooth and easy process. Thank you Chesaco Team for everything.

People were very nice, no one I talked to who were selling campers have been camping. They were very knowledgeable about the units they were selling. There prices seemed to be very much in line with other campers in the area. It's kinda like a car max they wouldn't come down on any pricing. Or throw in any extras. The building they use as an office is on the Maryland historichouse list. They need to do some up keep, like at least paint the old house, add wifi and have it available to customers who r buying rv s .
