I went here to Wash my Two Dirty Golden Retrievers after they decided to get in the duck pond by our house. I prepaid online! The prices were fair, especially considering the amenities they offer (all the shampoo you could want, stainless tub with a rubber mat. Groomers Noose to keep pup in place. High velocity dryer, towels, brushes, nail clippers, shedding rake, eye, and ear wipes!) I was greeted and quickly led to the stalls by a gentleman. Was informed the time allowed for dog was 45 mins. So I got 90 and was on my way! My only complaint is the front endstaff didn't seem to want to greet me. Who knows. Maybe it's an off day. We're all human, after all. Thank you, central dawgma For helping me take care of the stinky Goldens.

They open at 11 AM until 7 PM Monday through Friday, I was the first one in the door on Monday, and was given a thorough explanation as this was my first time. Donna, the owner gave me explicit instructions on what I was to do and all of the available amenities, including four types of soap, the water is automatically tempered to just the right degree. A waterproof apron was provided to keep me dry. I was a wild 30 minutes to complete the bath including drying, which I had no trouble staying within the allotted time the cost was $12, but I gave them a $10 tip because they were so helpful. I will be coming back here at least once a month. Thank you to my friend Shari for referring me to this business. Right next door within the same building is a pet supply including food at reasonable prices. Thank you again.

Very reasonable and convenient place to give your dog a bath. Sure beats cleaning your bathtub at home.

I love the dog wash part of this establishment. I bring all 3 of my Rottweilers here and so far have had no issues. They get free treats, the water pressure is great, the options for shampoos are great, and they even have brushes and ear wipes for you to use. Plus the towels and the powerful air dryer! I love coming here to give my dogs a bath!

Very calm spot to give your dog a good wash! The staff were helpful I. Showing me how everything worked on my first visit and answering my stupid questions in a helpful manner. Lots of tub heights to choose from and clean towels, soap, and a blower ready for my use, even aprons to help me stay dry! I will definitely be back.

Do not support this business. The disgruntled gray haired lady who I assume is the owner is the rudest, lowest class of a business owner I’ve encountered. Not one employee greets you or asks if you need help. There is a long history (years) of this treatment to customers…just read YELP.I for one encountered it more than once. Worst owner, worst customer service. Spend your money at businesses that treat their customers right! Owner is a WITCH

I am done with this business. It's not the store, it's the owner. The miserable gray haired lady. This isn't the first time I've experienced her bad energy but it will be the last. She is always unfriendly, unapproachable and just delivers any message in the most condescending manner. Never have I heard her say "thank you" when she has rung me up for the many purchases I have bought. I decided that she will never get another penny from me. As I think about it, her staff look like robots in there. No one smiles, engages to help etc. There's nothing in that store you can't buy online or find elsewhere. She doesn't take care of her customers, so now someone else will. She's horrible. Period.

My review is for the dog wash station and not the retail area .They have dog ramps to have dogs jump/walk into the tub. Not good . Especially for my older dog that almost fell off it trying to climb it . I carried him out of the tub once I was done to prevent injury. It's too steep !!! The dryer blows cold air. I got home and my dog is very damp. The warm water wasn't actually warm. I couldn't set the water temp to my own liking as other stores . Also the mat inside the tub was collecting all the water so I had to use my hand to shove the water out of the mat. That was annoying. Not going here again.

Always friendly staff and a great place to wash your dog! They have all types of treats and foods for your little best friend. I highly recommend supporting this local business rather than the chain stores.

Large assortment of dog and cat products available. Tons of natural food options. We pick up Fromm's brand food here for our dog. The dog wash is also awesome. You pay based on the size of your dog and everything you need is provided for you. Each bathing area is blocked off and the tubs are deep enough to keep your dog contained if they aren't the most fond of baths.
