This should not be a UPS Pickup location if their hours are 8:00 to 4:30 M-F. Am I supposed to take a vacation day to pickup a UPS package? The hours on Google are incorrect.

I bought a power steering pump for my van and it had a $50 core charge but I went to get my core charge back they said because I didn't have the piece of cardboard a cardboard box that I can't get my money back even though I have the receipt this place is awful you should have told me to keep the Box when I bought it I can't believe it will never show up here again anywhere in the country the kid behind the counter looked at me like I was a stupid horrible customer service rude rude rude
