“The entire process was smooth and friendly (even the financing part). Would have given the 5th star if I had been asked what features and options I currently have, and would want to see in my new vehicle. Could have meant buying the "touring" package vs the "limited" outback that I did buy. Also... many friends who bought Outbacks from you received all kinds of multiple, complimentary trinkets (water bottles, key chains, hats, etc.) upon delivery. Would have really liked (at least) a water bottle instead of the hat I had to ask for.”

“Miguel took very good care of us and got us in and out very fast. He was very friendly and apologized when he didn't realize I was waiting (it was maybe 5 minutes). We were a little confused on why the door was locked but it was just because they only had one person and he was cleaning cars. Over all good service!”

“Renting for the first time from Avis. Customer service was good. Car could of been cleaned on the outside, but not complaining it is driving very well do far. Hope the whole experience is a good one, if so will use them in the future.Follow up: experience was great and had no problems with the rental. I noted they have very updated vehicles.
