Off the beaten path but easy to find. Convenient hours and reasonable rates. Replaced the tube and fluid in my rear farm tractor tire on time and for an excellent price. I will be back!
Update 8 years later...
Also replaced a front tractor tire and tube a few years ago. Today installed 255/40R21 tires on my new EV6 GT. Both jobs were done right the first time without a long wait and at very reasonable rates. Kudos!

I've done business with Butler Tire Service a few times over the last five years, and generally have loved their service. They patched two tires for me for two separate vehicles, and have rotated tires for me. There was previously no nonsense. Today was my first bad experience with Butler Tire Service. I went in with two new tires and asked for the tires to be mounted. I specified that I needed/wanted stems/valves to extend 2 to 2.25 inches past the rims, to clear my hubcaps. I needed this so that I can easily check tire pressure and so I can regularly inflate the tires without removing the hubcaps and without the difficult task of pinching my fingers in the hubcap hole, to turn the valve cap and to attach an inflator tool, etc. The short stems are especially bad in cold, icy weather, let me tell ya. When I told the person who charged my credit card, about my request for the 2 to 2.25 inch stems, they said, "ok," and nodded. When it came time to drive my car into the garage, I told the technician that I needed the valve stems to extend 2 to 2.25 inches past the rim to clear the hubcap. I pointed to the wheel on the drivers side, which had one of the two tires I was keeping on the car - which had the 2 or 2.25 inch length stem in the tire - and told him I needed that length of valve stem. At no time did anyone tell me, or even send up a smoke signal, or a flare, that Butler Tire Service did not have 2 or 2.5 inch stems. After the tires were mounted, I drove the car home, and moved to spray some tire treatment on the tires, and to put my hubcaps on, and I found that Butler Tire Service had placed 1.5 in stems on my new tires! I called the office and asked why short valve stems were installed on my tires when I had asked for 2 to 2.5 inch valve stems? I mean, Butler Tire personnel had said "OK," twice in response to my request for longer valve stems. I was told on the phone, "we didn't have the longer stems at the time." My response was, "it would have been nice if you had told me." Tomorrow, when my fingers are cold, or cramped, or in pain from struggling with these short stems while checking tire pressure, or while inflating my tires, or when prying my hubcap off and on, again and again, just to check tire pressure, I will try to forget Butler Tire Service, and how they nodded and said, "OK," then played the switcheroo, and told me, "your car is done," rather than at any point in time, uttering the meaningful phrase, "we don't have that length at this time."

I had a wheel stud break, and was recommended by roadside assistance to come visit this shop. I called other shops in the area, they quoted me 24+ hours on the repair. I came first thing in the morning, and they told me where to grab the part for their service. They fit me in their schedule, and got me in and out in 20 minutes for $20. Staff was beyond friendly, prices are beyond fair, service is way better than any shop I've been to here in MI. I would recommend anyone and everyone in the area to come here and support these guys.
