Bussard's fixed 3 issues for me, one of which another shop created. Fair pricing for parts as I looked them up myself. Will be going there from now on.

Our 16 year old Subaru Outback broke down on Route 70 today. The heat index today is 105 degrees, and it was scary waiting by the side of the road as the trucks zoomed by. However, once we called Bussard's, the tow truck arrived quickly and Chuck had our Outback on the truck in no time flat. He drove us to Bussard's where the customer service was beyond excellent. Brian evaluated the car, verified our suspicions that the engine was dead and unrepairable , and he didn't charge for the evaluation. The towing charge was only $95. To top things off, Dave drove us to the car rental place so we could rent a car and get back to Gaithersburg. We are beyond thankful to these kind people!

Buzzard's is the best auto repair center in Frederick. I took a 2001 Camaro Z28 to them that hadn't started in 6 years. In a couple of days they had it running smoothly. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and fair with the costs. They are the most honest car repair center I have gone to in decades.
Give them a chance to fix your car or truck. You won't be disappointed.

The team at Bussard’s have been great. They are honest folks with fair prices and have earned my trust. This is not said lightly when sharing my opinion. Unfortunately, this industry is rife with people taking advantage of their customers. The lack of being able to diagnose problems or determine routine maintenance that arise in today’s sophisticated vehicles for most folks has opened the door to unnecessary work and new revenue streams for many shops in this space. Why do you think so many repair shops will give you a free complimentary inspection on your vehicle? As such , I am glad I found the team at Bussard’s and will recommend them without reservation.

I had Bussard’s replace my Alternator to fix a repair service charge now issue. My baby feels good as new and the cost was very fair. Definitely bringing all repairs here for the future.

I called and in less than 5 minutes I was picked up and towed to my destination by the operator. The price was very reasonable and I enjoyed the conversation on the way to the dealer too.

Absolutely an excellent experience. Honest and genuine care for me and my truck. Reasonable rates. Ended up with an oil change, tire-rotation and alignment after a bit of trouble shooting. All is good - no more wobble. Yay! I live out of state, but come to town at least twice a year and I will bring my truck here from now on.
